We come here quite often, mostly always through the drive thru. I'm sure you have all seen the huge lines in the drive thru but I must say this is a very well run restaurant because this line moves faster than most drive thru's with 2 or 3 cars in line. I don't know how he does it but this owner consistently has a fast, friendly, clean and delicious place to eat plus they are always get your order correct. If you like chicken this is definately the place for fast food!!!
I just went through the drive-thru. This is the minuscule amount of fruit on the Greek yogurt parfait?!!! The photo in the app shows a generous helping of fruit. I just paid over $4 for basically vanilla yogurt and pretty much nothing else. I’m disappointed and highly dissatisfied.
This has been my favorite fast food place for a while now because it's the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten and my order was always right but it seems like every time I go now my food is messed up! It's cold or grissley or hard or all the above. Such a shame...
Excellent service! The staff was on it! From the cashier, to Jenny the manager refilling our drinks, asking if we needed anything, to the lady bringing food to the tables. So kind and efficient workers, and very focused. Always great food too!
The service is great! The past couple of times I’ve been through for breakfast, the food is cold. Other than that.. this place is awesome.
Ordering experience was troubled via the app, but was quickly handled by employees, and even before my milkshake melted! 5 Star service, well earned.
Service was great. The line inside was kind of long. But it moved fast. They brought our food to the table. Been there several times and it's always been good and food is hot.
This is great as always! We meet up here just about every time I make a trip to Kentucky! Great food and great staff! Clean restaurant also!! We will be back next week when I go home!!??
The food was delicious and the staff were great, but we sat in the breakfast drive thru for over a half an hour today. They made up for it by giving some extras, but in a hurry, this is not the service they usually provide. You also can't get out of line once in it. This may have been a fluke thing. Again, the food and coffee was amazing and worth the wait. Just not as fast as usual.
Employees were super friendly and understanding of us having our children with us- which made us a bit disorganized. We never felt out of place or uncomfortable. And their play area was clean- our kids really enjoyed themselves.
