We love Captain D’s but more often then not when we are here the staff is rude and never happy. It has been this way multiple times when we come here. My family doesn’t want to be here simply because of the way staff treats you. The staff also doesn’t where name tags so the problem can not be fixed when you are unaware of what staff is hateful to customers.
Some of the Food is good but didn't get whati ordered/ paid for. 2 meals were supposed to be fish and they were chicken our 3rd meal was right, I paid for tartar sauce didn't get it. Money lost since 2 of us don't like the tasteless chicken. They had NOONE there so they had all the time in the world to read the screen and focus the 15 minutes i was there waiting on one order. Very disappointing.Update: after eating out of the meal that I thought was fish, only one piece was fish out of 4. Not just disappointing but an obvious lazy effort to fill an order close to closing time without cooking what's needed.
You need a online ordering website to pick up food and earn points on the app. I seen some ad on Facebook offering six free hush puppies when you sign up for it an subscribe to the link online an it was from another state so I think you should have a website of Florence so we could earn points an order a pick up in under short staff an that but it would make it easier to . But it's still a five star ⭐ from me it was my first time going in there and Im addicted and I don't eat fish ? but the fish an chicken ?? strips are really good .

Terrible food the lobster was gross
Ordered 8 piece fish, it came with hush puppies. Asked if I could have extra fries instead was told no. Asked for order of crunches was told you get enough in your oder. In the past I have paid for the extra crunches wel not this time. Kristy who took my order seemed more inclines to tell me know rather than work with me. The requests I made have been granted over the years I have ordered food from them.Then to make matters worse instead of 8 pieces of fish I received 4 fish and 4 chicken planks and no cold slaw. Very disappointed in this transaction.
Service was okay. Food is one of our favorites. Best fish from any fast food.

Service was great. They came and asked us how everything was and checked to see if we needed anything . Refill etc. Very clean inside and the food was good and hot..
I went to order food for my family, I asked the young lady who was at the drive thru taking my order, if I could add something to my order? She responded saying that I can't add anything to my order after my order was placed. I asked for the manager to please help me understand how that is, I've always been able to add to my order everywhere I've ever ordered from. The girl that I was having this issue with, the one who took my order at the drive thru, the one who cussed me, the one who came out of the store and assaulted me, along with her Mother, who is a store manager, along with another employee who works for Captain D's. The police was called, and I'm currently in the process of pursuing the situation legally.
