The last few times I’ve went, I’ve had a bad experience with waiting. It takes a good 5-10 minutes before I’m even acknowledged after walking into the restaurant, even if I can see tables/booths available and even with several workers walking by and straight up ignoring me. After it takes a while to even get sat, it takes even longer for a server to come by for a drink order, which they also take a good 5-10 minutes before they come back with. They don’t bring out your tables food at the same time, so there’s been times where I’ve waited several minutes while my fiance eats his food to get mine or vise versa. Tonight we waited a little over 15 minutes to try & get sat and eventually just left. We didn’t get acknowledged once even thought at least six employees walked past and looked right at us.
We eat at bdubs a minimum of once a week and this is by far the worst location we have ever been to which is a shame because it’s only 5 minutes from our house. That being said we will drive out of our way for another and better location. The service at this location is awful and every time we have attempted to go in there the wait for anyone to even acknowledge you is outrageous. Food is never that good, restaurant is always freezing, and staff have no care in the world about you or your wait.

Normally I love BDubs. This was my first visit to this location. It was soooo loud I could barely stand it. Accoustics or something because there weren't that many people there when I was. Was not busy.I ordered wings and onion rings. They came to me lukewarm. I asked if they'd at least microwave the wings. Other than that it was very tasty.
Had good service, good sides, my only issue was the wings. $12 for 10 tiny wings, with hardly any sauce. Unfortunate, really wish there was a Roosters in the area.
Food was made perfect to specifications of my order. Having said this, my perfect wings barely had any sauce. The guy next to me also had minimal sauce. Service was average. My friend's order was wrong, but overall a pretty good experience. Cant beat beer, wings and sports. And they have 2 golden tee machines ?
Have been coming to this establishment for 15 years, last year and if you need proof call me. I spent 17,438.00 dollars in 2021. Sharon, and Crystal, and Angela are awesome. Jason is a great GM. Nicole.is the best she needs to run a store she gets it. Dakota has no people skills and or no management skills i showed up last monday after the super bowl her exact words were hope you dont want food cooks called in and I have no clue how to turn on the fryers or grills. Confused by that coming from a manager. Next was this so called manager poured my self and 5 others a shot and said new rule shots are under the line in the shot glass. Very confusing that I have been served many any shot in our county and not the case. I guess Dakota has an issue with me because im a regular but again I spend 16,000 dollars a year in your establishment. Moving forward I will take my money elsewhere. No worries and I will take the other friends that spend that with me.

The food and service has become horrible. They left our food sitting for a long time before bringing it to us. If we wanted old or cold food we could’ve ate left overs at home.
We took the whole family to get some good food and drinks. The waiter served our drinks. We waited 45 minutes before the waiter came back. Then he told us it would be an hour for our food from the kitchen. That was way too long. We left and just went to golden corral. We would have easily spent $200. Unnacceptible .
