You cant go there for lunch it takes top long,by time you get off work cant go for dinner unless its before 7 p.m. or wont serve you.Food is never warm,sometimes even cold.Cant complain the people that work there are horroble mean,rude,human beings.
We went to this location, waited 15 minutes and not a single employee helped us. We made eye contact with a few of them and none of their employees cared about serving us a table. Never again. Don’t waste your time.
Our dinner was good food, as ordered with a waitress who was quite kind. That said hygiene was very low and this location is very short staffed, especially in back of house.With better staffing this would be a much better experience.Budget some extra time and wipe your own table.If "experience" was just the food this would be 5 stars.
This Bob evans workers were not very professional or friendly. There were at least 6-8 people working which all of them saw us come in and wait to be seated but none came to seat us for about 10 min. After one decided to come over she acted like we were an inconvenience by making her seat us. Once at our table we were told it may be a little bit cause only one server was working which was fine we were in no hurry. Which it did take a little while but our server Harley was nice and did her job very well! While sitting waiting on our food another worker who was rolling silverware was talking about her daughter getting married in Florida then talking about sex loudly enough to where me, my husband and my two 11 year old daughters could hear! Food was good just like any other Bob evans but will not return due to employees not acting like they work in the public. Very disturbing considering she was at least 35 years old!! I thought this was a family restaurant but this one apparently is not!
First they automatically took a tip for carryout. When I got there I was told they gave my order to the wrong person. After that they didn't have the entire order there as I was still missing items. The mashed potatoes still had flakes on them from the instant potatoes. The Mac and cheese was hard. This is not the first time we had problems with this restaurant but it will be the last. I would not recommend the Florence location. I would however recommend the fort wright Bob Evans.
I walked in to your restaurant that did not have many cars parked outside and I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I was looking at smaller tables for 2 with no one sitting at them. As I waited in the foyer, a group of4 women walked in and was told it would be about 20 minutes. They could not believe what they were told so they walked out. In the service business there is only one thing you can sell SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE .
I've been to Bob Evans many times & was always pleased except for this last time. Service was terrible even though there were maybe 4 other tables seated in the whole resturant. Even the food wasn't great, the potatoes & eggs were overcooked (ignored on the griddle) & then served slightly above room temperature (ignored on the counter).Honestly, I won't be back to this location anytime soon.
They were short staffed, so not their fault that it took an hour for our food, but I had the worst overcooked chicken I've ever had. The rest of my family reappy enjoyed their dishes but I couldn't even cut my chicken, with a knife. I'm sure it was a one time thing.
Friendly service, but food was subpar. Fried chicken was way overcooked and biscuits were past prime. Took a while to get food (some nurses had to leave for work before getting their food). Smallish portions but price is good. Probably worst Bob Evans experience, but not fault of server. Very loud screaming kid, but noone did anything about it. I like Bob Evans, just did not have a great experience here.
Really no good. We went for breakfast and our bacon was not cooked we even ask for it well done. Eggs had no taste, home Fry's just nasty. Need to get better cooks. The waitress did great and kept apologizing tipped her well food is not her fault
