I love BIGGBY coffee!!! ? The shop in union has the most amazing staff!!! The drink is always to perfection(seriously, this coffee is a whole addiction... Lol ?) but the blonde manager that works there, IS LITERALLY ALWAYS there!! Who ever her boss is.... SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!
The drinks are good. But if you want something at night don't expect them to stay open until 9:00 even though that's clearly what their hours say.
Slow as all get out. Very expensive for coffee. Tastes good but I've never experienced slower drive thru times at any of the other locations.
I wish I could of caught the girls name when I called here to ask about their BOGO. She was the most sweet and polite person ever then when I got there the girl at the window was just as sweet. And my drinks were great!
Awesome Biggby! Went through the drive through and had AMAZING service! Ordered a hot chocolate for my son and our cashier suggested kids sizing as well as medium temp! Very impressed.
The customer service was phenomenal. But the matcha is not good. It was barely green when I got my iced matcha. It tasted like sweetened almond milk with a spritz of green tea.
This is one of my favorite coffee places. The menu has lots of great options and the service has alway been great for me. Very friendly and quick.
I came in today Tamerah R. was absolutely amazing she discussed the complete menu with me she explained all the sugar free options including hot drinks and iced drinks Thank you for for going above and beyond today. ? 10/10 for price ,speed ,customer service, knowledge.
Update 2021-12-10I appreciate the offer for a free voucher however I did not accept it. This is just my personal preference not to accept vouchers in response to negative feedback - doesn't feel right to me.I'm not entirely sure how training could have resulted in the yogurt parfaits being so nearly empty for months without someone noticing. I lean more towards cost-saving efforts in a bad economy but I've been wrong before of course.That said, I came through today and ordered another parfait among other things. They've certainly corrected the issue in store. They had no way to know when I would come through (Let's face it, neither did I) so it looks to me like the problem has been remediated. Good on you for listening to your customers.I used to rave about this location. Unfortunately in the last year it has declined. The staff is polite and fun so this is not about their attitudes in any way - they're great people. The low rating is based on it taking ~30 minutes to get through the drive-through despite there only being 4 other vehicles ahead of me, and the poor food quality. A year ago, a yogurt parfait was a good chunk of food in a cup from here, much like the advertised image. Now however it is simply 2 or 3 blueberries & some of the syrup for the fruit, a tablespoon-sized scoop of yogurt, topped off with a disproportionate amount of granola on top (see photo from today's visit vs the advertised image). I noticed this "skimp" several months ago and had hopes it was just temporary however I believe this is the way they will continue to make these.
The coffee is great when made correctly(as ordered). If it were just that, I would have given closer to a 5 star rating. Where I have an issue is that there are days when there are 3-4 cars in the drive thru waiting to order and 3 having ordered. No one should have to wait 25 minutes to an hour for a drive thru order. That's just unacceptable. There are plenty of people there to move the lines it just doesn't happen if certain people are working. I was just there Saturday and we literally waited 50 minutes from when we pulled into the line. This has been an issue for sometime, and franklyI had thought the issue was solved, boy was I wrong.
