Don’t expect cherry jubilee because you will never get it. They’ve been out of it for five years.
Came here after I got my wisdom teeth removed and I felt AWFUL. They were out of strawberry and the 2 cashiers at the window gave me a list of everything they had since the flavors aren't on the board outside. I REALLY appreciated that.
Great service, really helpful! The tables inside weren't very clean but all of the employees were really helpful.
Watched another patron walk in as we were parking. We walked up to the doors 6 minutes before closing and they were locked! It is exceptionally poor customer service to lock the doors BEFORE closing time!!!! Drove just down the street to Menchie's!
I bought two ice cream cones. After we were finished eating I asked if I could get an ice water to go. They told me they had to charge me for it!
I came through the drive thru hoping to get some good coffee this morning but was greeted with an extremely rude lady. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker she said "what do you want" and then didn't say anything to rest of my order.When I got to the window she was acting like me being there was the biggest inconvenience ever. To top it all off I didn't even get the correct coffee. Won't be coming back here:((
Staff was nice, ice cream was good, but the table we went to sit at was filthy! They were not busy, so no reason for it. I cleaned it myself with a Clorox wipe, and had to scrub.
The US 42 Location Drive-Thru energy was unparalleled and so much fun. The girls made my day as they where very polite, professional and truly took the customer experience to the next level.
