Been here 3 times the past two weeks. The first time we ate here it was great and we had a great waitress. The next two times were s***. Horrible waitresses food kept coming out wrong including on the wrong plates. It was cooked wrong the fries were left in back and forgotten about then brought out to us. When brought to their attention how old and cold they was they took them back and reheated them. the steak was supposed to be medium and not completely rare they took it back and cooked it longer and brought it back out to us.
The service was great. Food was not. Ordered the combo appetizer. I had to get the chips replaced as they were very undercooked. Replacements were undercooked and barely edible. The dip was overcooked. The chicken had chili powder sprinkled on it, and some were really hot. I had an upset stomach the next day.
Terrible!!! Husband and I ordered an appetizer and dinner. The chicken wings were cold. Not even slightly warm. Cold! Husband gets his dinner first and I'm thinking mine is coming next. Nope, Try 20 minutes later!! Literally. When my dinner does finally come out, the chicken was rubbery. Not 100% sure it was even chicken. To top it off the manager nor the server did anything to make it right. Horrendous service and gawd awful food. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Ugh... understaffed and busy. Appetizer and dinner came out at the same time but it took almost 10 min to get silverware. My salad had barely any lettuce under the chicken breast BUT the manager brought me out more lettuce??. Originally asked for dressing on the side and it came on the salad?... they definitely had challenges but 3? is "fair" ad the did did taste good
Good price considering all of the recent inflation on everything from gasoline to a baked potato. Typically Applebee's is very busy with a 40 minute wait on weekends but we were able to be seated within 20 minutes. This particular location has been around for over a decade and is getting a little rundown and dirty. The tables need to be wiped down as we sat and they were sticky. Other than that the food was good and the hostess was prompt and paid attention to us as needed.
First date for my mom and a friend of my best friend. Food was good and service was good at lunch. Had the prime rib dipper, just a little salty for my taste though, but I ate all of it. We'll see where this relationship goes, and it all started at Applebees!
My party of 6 walked in and they had a sign that said they were understaffed and with a few of us working retail/food, we understood and agreed to waiting the half an hour they told us it would be. We waited about 40-45 minutes, which would have been fine accept for the fact they weren’t even busy. After our server asked for our order, it took about 30-40 minutes for food to come out, a couple items between the whole table came out cold, we then sat for another 30-40 minutes after it was clear we were done eating. A different server, who was just sitting at a booth behind our table, walked over and asked us if our checks were together or separate, we replied and our original server came out, handed us our slips and walked back to the back where she continued to just stand and talk to people in the back.We all understand being understaffed, but if you’re going to apologize for being understaffed and then not actually work like you’re doing your best, you just need to close the restaurant and not be an inconvenience to people or waste their time who want to go out for food and hangs. The photo is of the server who sat behind us and this was taken after we had left when the traffic of the restaurant had picked up.
This location is really struggling from staff shortage. I probably stood inside the restaurant for 20 minutes before someone walked over to seat anyone, and I was only there to pick up my mobile order. The food came out good, but was cold by the time I made it home, not far from the restaurant. This is a staffing shortage issue only. You can tell the bartender, servers, and kitchen are doing their best. Do not recommend coming here with the family if you need to be in and out in time for something else. Leave your impatience in the car.
Our waitress Cassey was super nice and friendly but I ordered 2 of their signature drinks, they didn't have it, and when my food came out, it was cold. 1st time eating at this location for a date night with my husband and I will never go back! I'll stick to the Highland Heights location!
Waited 35 minutes to see a menu, waited 40 more minutes for the food which was not at all appetizing. Appetizers were outrageous! Asked 4 times for a box and then waited 30 more minutes for bill!! What happened to the tender riblets and hot frys?
