Big shout out to Zach at the counter. He was the most helpful employee of zaxbys I've ever dealt with. This man needs a promotion. Big things coming for Zach in his future. Offered to give my mother a senior discount without her asking. This young man has a bright future. Big asset to zaxbys staff.
Service and hospitality is always great. Order was made as requested. Never any issues and I recommend to anyone who hasn't eaten here.
Start by saying if it’s after 5 might as well just move along. They don’t stay open due to poor management failing at finding staff. You will still be lucky if you even catch them open at all. Management wants to work day shift only. They close when it’s raining. They close when it’s snowing. When they are open make sure you go before 12 or after 2. If not you will be stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes or so. God forbid if they try to get an order right. I’ve always said, if you want good service stay off of Dixie highway. That’s from Louisville to etown.
Was traveling and it was a great place to stop and have a quick bite. Good was pretty good! The chicken sandwich could have had a little more sauce or something do it wasn't so dry but still had a great taste. This place is worth going.

Only one person working, doing all jobs - cooking, taking orders, and delivering out to cars waiting in the parking lot. She was marvelous. Gets 5 stars from me. Management gets 0. Sort of averages a 3 for my rating. Another showed up when I was waiting for my food. Where was owner/ management when they found out there were no workers? They should have been there!
Took atleast 30mins drive through for cold stale food useto be a good restaruat.
I have NEVER ate here, I finally decide to give it a try & it’s a no for me. Others & I waited in line for 30 or more minutes. They decided that they were gonna close early due to short staffing.Instead of having a worker come tell all of us waiting that they were closing at 7. They decided to wait until 7 to tell all of us. When we’ve been there waiting.They should have took everyone in lines order OR told the worker to come out 30 minutes earlier to tell all of us.
I really don't want to knock on them too hard but they were horribly understaffed with a 30 minute waiting time in the drive in. We ordered ahead and the signage didn't clearly mark where to pick the food up. I probably won't come back for a while.
