The service was very good, food was fast and everything was correct. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I like a tangier buffalo sauce, this sauce was kind of bland.I will definitely go back, loved all the TVs and the setup.
Waited at the door while staff was outside messing around. Was told the patio was closed off even though there were multiple groups sitting out there. Switched her story to it's "sectioned off" when she realized we could see all the people out there. I've been here before, the food isn't terribly great and the service is never good. If you want wings, just go to bdubs, better deals, food, and service.
We absolutely love this place. This is our go to place as a family. The service is always spectacular, we never have to wait long to be seated, the food is always good and fresh. So many restaurants in etown have went down on quality since COVID, but not this place!
We have eaten here multiple times. As recent as tonight. They don’t have a great wait staff. The food is hit or miss. Tonight we didn’t have to wait to be seated at 5:45pm. We had a guy wait on us and I ordered grilled wings and they brought the food out while I had taken our daughter to the bathroom and it was a while before he came back and it wasn’t even worth mentioning they brought me out fried wings instead of grilled. My husband, my kids and I all got wings and they were all dry and tough to chew. My husband complained to the waiter which he never does unless the food is really bad. My husband is a big guy and can eat and couldn’t even finish his 10 piece boneless wings because they were so tough to chew. We had to take my sons wings away because he couldn’t get them chewed well enough before he swallowed them to not choke on them. My daughter tried one bite and refused to eat anymore. When the waiter finally returned with our bill after my husband took my son to the truck because he was getting restless he apologized for us not liking the wings and I told him it’s not that we just didn’t like the wings it’s that we could barely eat them due to them being dry and tough. He said he mentioned our complaint to the manager but that was as far as it went. We didn’t complain to get a discount on our food but they didn’t even offer one. Kinda shows how much they are willing to please the customer.
First time customer. Our waitress was amazing. The wedges were excellent and the wings had a great taste.
Wings were excellent! Our server was friendly, but I specifically had trouble getting beer. The bar was swamped with only one bartender. She was busting her tail though. I believe the keg blew and nobody ever got around to telling me. I’ll go back and give it another go though the food was so good. Hopefully they get some additional help soon.
The food and service was on point. I've heard good things about this place and I heard correctly. We were not let down. The pretzel bites were the best I've ever eaten. This was a wonderful experience.
I met a buddy at this location to get out of Louisville for a while. Waitress was top notch, very busy, but didn't seem to flinch at the challenge. Appetizers and meals were both very good. I am surprised that Buffalo Wings and Rings aren't in Louisville anymore, I feel they can easily compete with the two big chains of the area.
I can’t believe that with all of the restaurants that this town has, that restaurants don’t do things right the first time. A customer spends their hard earned money on your establishment. We ordered wings and the pretzel bites. My husband had to ask for the celery that was missing that we requested. My husband then drove home and we found out that we were missing the queso for the pretzel bites. The wings were also not crispy nor extra wet like we requested either. My husband returned and asked for the food to be remade. They acted like this was a chore. The wings were now perfect however, the pretzel bites were now very crispy like they were just re dropped down into the grease. I will not return to spend my hard earned money on this place.
Bad service, decent food.Walked in needing a table for 2, only ones in line. Took a bit to get seated, but that’s okay. Hostess sat us at a table that was still dirty. (The place wasn’t busy by any stretch)Pretty sure they hired alllllll their people from Dick’s Last Resort. None of them seems even remotely happy to be alive lolWings came out in 12 minutes, not too bad. My side came out with the check. Took twice as long to make the side Mac & cheese than the wings. Came out cold too. Great job waitress…way to “be on it”.Beer’s flat.Just really really really disappointed
