I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances but it’s consistently been a gross disappointment. The drive thru wait is excruciatingly long - but god forbid you go inside…it’s just as bad! Not to mention the dining room each time I’m there is absolutely disgusting and dirty. Staff is loud, gossiping and unprofessional. Food quality is piss poor. This location has been inexcusably terrible for long enough, no more second chances from us. The manager should be embarrassed and ashamed, as should the owner. Temporary hiccups are understandable, but cmon….it’s just lazy now.
First I'll start off with this location being a large walk in cooler. It's absolutely freezing in this place. I'm not sure if there's no centralized air in the kitchen so they have to freeze the whole resteraunt out or what.Now as far as delivering for UberEats, for some reason they pack the drink inside a sealed bag. I can understand somewhat during the height of the pandemic but no one else does this right now. Right off the bat soda was spilled out into the bag. I didn't notice until I was getting into my car. Then after I delivered I noticed something wet and realized it had leaked all over my seat. A good half the seat was soaked with soda. It's time to just leave the drinks outside the bag.
Hadn't had white castle in years, the sliders & fries were delicious but, I had forgotten about the digestive turmoil that would shortly ensue. 4 sliders into a 6 piece order my stomach started its first cartwheel as a warning to put the remaining sliders back into the bag. I hesitated for a second and that's when I realized that the cramp forming in my lower intestines ment roll the windows down gas is coming. All in all the food was great the people were friendly and the price is right, just don't eat steam cooked sliders on a 700 mile road trip early in
Line was very long and slow actually 2 people ahead of me ended up driving off. Food was ok and the people working drive thru were nice tho. I ended up getting a meal with 2 burgers fries and a drink, and I ordered 2 extra burgers it came up to almost 14 bucks. Fries were horrible did not taste fresh, burgers were good I just think this place charges to much for these small burgers.
Slow and rude workers spent $62.00 for cold fries and onion rings and barly warm castle burgers. Waited 15 minutes or more for the shakes while the food sat on the counter and got cold. Very disappointed.
Keep wanting to try the new 1921 burger but they are always sold out. Must mean it's good. There is always cheese sliders waiting.
I used to eat White Castle, in 1988, just outside the Marine Base, in North Carolina and it was GOOD! Fast forward to this visit and I was very disappointed. Burgers were soggy and mushy, grilled onions were bland, fries were just plain fries. The onion rings were good but had a bad aftertaste. A lot has changed over the years and sadly, Whites Castle has too. At least, at this location it has.
What can you say haven't found a bad one yet. As with any other restaurant don't expect to be in and out in 3 or 4 minutes due to a worker shortage. Other than that I have found the locations I've been to have had great food as well as service. Enjoy
We were on a 10 hour trip and stopped here for a quick lunch. The parking lot is very small, so we had to park in an adjoining parking lot. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon, and a line of cars surrounded the building as the drive thru was backed up. Inside we waited at least 20 minutes in line to place our order. The food was acceptable as it's basic white castle. I'm still scratching my head why the place was so busy and why everyone, including myself needed to waste so much time to eat here...as it added at least 40 minutes total to our trip. I wouldn't call this place a fast food restaurant...maybe the should check out Chick-fil-A and take notes on productivity?
Fast service. Food was hot and tasty.
