Went into wendy's on Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown ky to get a meal and was told the dining room was closed wanted a carryout order, black gentleman and rudely refused to take my order
Etown Wendy’s is Terrible!!I ordered 17$ worth of food, messed up my hole order then had the nerve to get a attitude saying I was lying, 2nd the drink the lady made me was terrible and she filled my cup more then halfway full of ice, drink was terrible!
I love Wendy's. But they are very slow at the drive through. I am sure they r probably shorthanded like everyone. But the girl at the window had dirty nails and we could see full cans of garbage. The Windows were dirty and still had spray snow. Just not as clean as it could have been.
Waited in drive through so long I left. No cars at the payment window or the pickup window! Three cars in front of me, it's like they forgot about the car waiting. Not a busy time of day.
This is my favorite Wendy's to go to. I've only had one minor order mishap and wasn't worth complaining about. Always fast and fresh. They recently had a remodeling of the front area and it didn't disrupt the drive thru staff. Much love to y'all!We order from there about once a week. We are regulars!
Fast friendly service. The one thing I don't like is that I can't go inside when there is a mistake on my order. I have be inconvenienced by going back through the drive thru waiting behind other cars because the inside is locked.
They just opened up indoor dining. No sure how many people in the car line realized this. Instead of waiting in a long line, come inside.
Hambeger was good. Fries were not fresh they were limp and greasy. And i dont know what that was that they call sweet tea never tasted sweat twa like that before
This Wendy's is special. They really care about you feeling appreciated. The managers there Danny, Tracey, Heather, and Deanna. They Run a tight Ship. People looked busy and there worked as a team.
They were short handed but the manager and other staff we very helpful and food and service were great
