Delivery: It's hit and miss here. Some days lobby will be closed and you have to sit in drive thru for a half hour waiting on your order. Sometimes you can go into the lobby. Even when you can get into the lobby you're still going to be waiting at minimum 10 minutes for a doordash/ubereats order. When us "gig" workers don't get paid by the minute or hour, it's very frustrating places like this has put us on the back burner and make sure their drive thru ratings stay as good as possible. We were a staple in helping keep places open and customers stomach fed but now these places can care less about us.Dining: The food is mediocre at best. It's OK when all other places are busy and backed up with a TB close by. They are in such a hurry to finish orders even though it still takes forever and a day to get order, that they just throw tacos and what not together. All the tomatoes are always in one little spot, the sour cream is ALWAY just shot in a glob at the end of a taco. I mean it takes the same amount of time to spread the ingredients from side to side as it does to throw it on the taco. I've never had beef anywhere else as the beef they serve here. It's like they put it in a blender and blend to a pulp. I can't even say it taste like beef as there's always very little of it and it's over powered by the sauce its in.
You would think there would be a better place other than THE DINING ROOM to discipline and have a meeting with employees about an issue. I’m just trying to enjoy my tacos in the dining room. But I have to listen to the manager have a meeting with two employees who obviously had an issue with flipping the camera off and saying things THAT CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE HEARD. Yet I’m sitting here listening to the work group drama. There are kids in here too and they are cussing.
Visited the drive through and got real good service. Had a few changes in my order and they got all of it right.
You know what you're doing. You know what you're getting you're not getting food you're getting Taco Bell it's expensive it's going to give you stomach explosions but your mouth is going to be show on fire while you're eating it because it's just so just sooo.... Gluttonous it's so mouth-watering evil. Go ahead eat that taco.. . Or tacozzz you filthy animal they got them got to take it whatever
Can't go wrong with taco bell. Always good food and fast service.
Taco bell on Dixie by the mall was good! I've never been disappointed from this place. The cashier was hilarious and full of jokes and made us laugh. It definitely adds to the experience when the staff is happy!
I usually have horrible experiences at taco bell but this one surprised me. There wasn't much of a wait and my food was fresh and accurate. The accuracy part is what really did it for me. This was the first time in something like 20 taco bell visits where they got my whole order correct. I would recommend this particular taco bell based on my one experience at this location.
Good was ok. A bit cold, but I wasn't making an issue of it. Cashier was friendly and welcoming. Moderately clean dining area. But I've seen way worse. I'll go back, but it's been a long while...
Read my order from my phone into drive-thru. Confirmed order. Total was way more than expected. Long line. Paid with debit card. Receipt blew out of employees hand. Got food. Drove away. Not what I ordered. How cheesy fiesta potatoes turned into two completely different entrees makes me wonder if the mistake was intentional or whether the employee was confused or incompetent. For what I paid I could have enjoyed a sit down steak dinner rather than take-out tacos.
They were working hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible. Very kind and respectful staff. Only complaint was that they forgot to make my grilled cheese double steak burrito spicy (adding jalapeños on it) but it still taste great
