Incredibly unprofessional staff. When I was 15 I worked at a subway for one year and I gotta say; my 15 year old self had more customer service skills that the whole staff combined.From the moment I walked into this building to be walking out took around 30 minutes and there was no one is line before me. The manager looked at me and said someone would be right with me and I waited for around 10 minutes. The guy who made my sub made it so incredibly slow I honestly thought he was just messing with me. I had to repeat what ingredients I wanted every time he took a painfully slow time placing the last veggie on my sandwich. As I mentioned I worked at a subway when I was 15 and I can remember what they asked for so again… maybe he was just trying to get a rise out of me but still; incredibly bad customer service. As I waited for my forever sandwich to be done the drive thru sandwich maker made around 6 subs I think.Then there was the manager and another younger lady and their cigarette conversation. During the 20 minutes it took for slow guy to make my sandwich these two went on and on and on about going outside to enjoy a cigarette. At one point the young lady looked at me jokingly and said, “Do not judge me sir!” Honestly…. What is going on here?! Lol.This is definitely a management problem and I suggest to the owners to seek an actual mature person to run this subway. Definitely will never step foot in this building again.

Great experience at the subway on 4/15/2022. The young man was very polite and friendly and repeated the order back perfectly. Food was great.

They only had one employee working when I went. Around 10am, he was struggling. Maybe they should close the store and put their employees first. None should have to struggle like that because management can't bother to help out.

Very busy inside but the crew stayed focused and dealt with all the crazy modifications people made. Line was to the door and yeh we waited at least 20 mins til we got to order but i wanna thank the etown staff for their hard work !Being short staffed and staying upbeat isnt easy .Just remember , if ya dont work in food service.... you cant fuss toooo much , until you know what its like working on the OTHER side of the counter.

2nd worst experience in a month. Girl took almost 20 minutes to make 3 subs, while drive thru girl made 4 subs before my 2nd one was being made. My 1st 2 subs sat cold on the counter while girl made third. I live less than 2 minutes away and all 3 subs where ice cold. Don't know how they stay in business, II WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!

This company is a disgrace. I'm a disabled veteran and go in to get the advertised 6 inch sub for free, nationwide. The employees not only told me they did not know today is Veterans Day but also said what is Veterans Day? What is that for? Employee faked like she was calling someone from behind to check the store giving a sub to Veterans. She lied and could see her, was back in 10 seconds. Will never spend 1 cent at Subway again who has no respect for Veterans. Every Subway should be removed from all BX/PX across every military installation. If you support them giving the company business, you're Anti-American too!

I really like the subway sandwich. But, some of the new bread is tougher than a piece of leather.

The staff was very polite and the store was clean. They did a nice job on The sandwiches we purchased.
