Asked for spinach wrap and was told they were out of them. Cashier at drive-thru suggested the tomato basil wrap. I asked if it came in a footlong (since the wrap only showed calories for one size) and was told it only came in footlong size. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese footlong (for breakfast & lunch) and when it was handed thru the window you could immediately tell it was not a footlong sandwich. I again asked the cashier to confirm it was a footlong and she stated again that the wraps only come in footlong. I paid the $9.39 and drove home. Upon taking the wrap from the bag I was VERY disappointed when I realized it was no where near a footlong sandwich...barely over 6 inches! (SEE PICS).Please be forewarned that if you are ordering a footlong wrap and expecting it to be anywhere near the size of a regular footlong you will be sadly disappointed!
It's VERY sad when you actually ask the worker to please change her gloves after just exchanging money with the customer before me, why would I want your nasty, gloves on my food?? And you wouldn't think or you shouldn't have to remember the worker to change their gloves after handling money and also have to deal with her extremely Unprofessional attitude because of my request. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! Not sure I will be a repeat customer!!
Good food but could be faster service
It’s pouring raining outside and the girl is taking forever doing other things while we are trying to place out order. I asked if we can pull around so the inside of our vehicle can quit getting rained in. Once she gives us our sandwich, I ask for extra napkins and she rolls her eyes. Sorry I inconvenienced you.

Very friendly and fast
This is by far the best Subway/sub shop. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they are sandwich experts. The local subway in my area is no where near the standards set in this location. I ordered a sub 3 days ago at this location and today I drove over 35 miles to order at this subway and I was again so glad I did. The vegetables are fresh and crisp and the bread is fresh and baked to perfection. I asked the gentleman if he could surprise me and make me his best sandwich...as he turned a Footlong into two 6 inch sandwiches that were...unbelievably delicious!!! Trust the process and let these workers show their talents off by order their favorites. You won't be disappointed. Thanks subway for bringing fresh back and great customer service and smiles. You all are appreciated.

Why would anyone assign someone who doesn't speak/understand English on the drive-thru? I cannot even express how awful my unfulfilled attempt at getting a sandwich was. Totally unacceptable experience at Etown's Mulberry Helm location.
