We were passing through on a road trip. Tried 2 other Starbucks locations before this one. They were all way too busy with drive through wrapped all the way around to the street, and closed lobbies. Next closest was this location in a Kroger. They saved the day! We received excellent service, and our drinks were made perfectly. All 3 employees were very personable, friendly and efficient. Excellent attitudes with a sense of humor, too! I would give these employees 10 stars if I could.

The older lady working this morning STOLE $13 from me! ? ? I know this because I only had a $20 bill on me and stuck the change directly in my purse and then drove back to Radcliff. When I get to the gas station, I pull out my money and realize she STOLE my money. I doubt it was a mistake. If I could prove it, I would go back but I’m sure she will deny it. Absolutely disgusting Starbucks! Hire honest employees!
The Starbucks in Kroger is horrible. They’re hardly open, they’re at work they just stand there and talk and ignore you when you’re up there.

Not a fan of this establishment. You're better off helping your local economy & buying from a local coffee shop. I didn't even go here, but google said I did, so I'm not going to kiss my opportunity to review them.BUY LOCAL, DITCH STARBUCKS
