Normally this would be a 5 star rating but the people running the DT today just didn't listen. Asked for 8 pumps of vanilla in my cold brew and he put 1 which us less then it should normally have when you order it.

Walked in to get a coffee because the drive through was extremely backed up. The store prioritized drive through orders, resulting in waiting 11 minutes for my coffee.The store was dirty and the trash can were over flowing. However, staff was friendly and professional.

Waited in the drive thru for almost a half an hour for them to mess up one of the two drinks not once but twice. I honestly don't know why I even went back because every time my friends and I have gone there we have waited so long. I'll make extra drive to the other one next time for sure because wait times at this one just is not worth the hassle.

This Starbucks opens and closes when they feel like it. Nevermind their store hours say they open at 5:30 am.I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no answer...whole people were clearly inside. I pulled around to the window. 2 different employees saw me...I was ignored. By that point I was already late for work....left without coffee at 6:10 am.I hope the store manager is aware that when you are in a small town with a hospital down the street....this can be a huge deal and make a terrible difference in someone's day.

We ordered and paid for 2 Frappuccinos. We received 2 watered-down milks with a splash of hazelnut. I'm not sure what is going on at this Starbucks location and I'm not sure why your drive thru attendant has to chew down the GIANT bite of food in their mouth before asking you we needed straws. Be a little more professional and maybe your drive thru wouldn't take 27 minutes to serve 5 cars....And of course we need straws!

I usually give positive comments but today is the third trip to this location and each time my order was not correct! I have been inside the facility and gone through the drive through. They have repeated my order back to me and still not got it right. I should not have to ask the management to fix my coffee correctly!!!!

Worst Starbucks in town. They always turn off mobile ordering, make it drive thru only, take the phones off the hook....anything they can do to do less work and make what should be a convenient process ridiculously long and difficult. If I'm paying $10 for one drink my process to get it shouldn't be this hard. And just answer the phone. Jesus christ

Even with long drive thru lines this location does it fast and right with a smile. It cannot be easy to have a constant level of business but maintain high quality product and service with a smile.

This place is so much better than Dunkin donuts coffee. The stronger the better. They have anything you want with great service.

I love this place. Great food great people. Had an interview and great people who care about the experience and it shows
