Out of the multiple Starbucks locations available in Elizabethtown, this one is without a doubt my favorite to stop at. The staff is always warm and welcoming. I have rarely found an instance where the merchandise shelf (packaged coffee, tumblers, etc) didn't have something I was needing. The one single time that I had an overtly long wait time (the location was PACKED with patiently waiting customers), management was rushing through the lobby handing everyone gift cards and apologizing for the length of time it was taking to get the orders served up. Even without a single complaint from any customers that I was able to hear, the management was doing all they could to help their team members in any way they were able to. Great store, great staff, great coffee.

I would recommend down loading the app and using mobile order. The drive thru is always hopping. Be ready to decide of youre going to keep the "pay it forward" chain going.

They care about their customers, I wasn't having the best day and they wrote on my cup. That seems like something small but It gave me a better view of customer service and the general kindness of the people working here. Thank you so much for looking out and the small act of kindness that had such a great impact on my day.
