Went there the other night, 25 minutes and no one took our order, we left. My daughter went this evening, ordered one drink. After 40 minutes she left, because she never got a simple soft drink. This restaurant has went severely down hill. It was never like this in years past. We used to go there a lot, but will never return.
Waiting forever in drive threw. Then got to the window and waited even longer. They were walking orders out to the vehicles behind me. Then shoved the bag of food out of the window after having to ask what the hold us was. She said we're backed up. But how do cars behind us get food first then. Then the order is wrong!! And to top it off they didn't even give us our receipt for me to call and complain. Hadn't been here in month and probably won't ever go back to that location.
Waited forever to order. They turned my light off, but didn’t take my order. They weren’t even busy. They don’t want my money badly enough. Horrible customer service. 5/30/2022. ??♀️
Waited an hour for ice cream and my son his kids meal. Our order was correct when she repeated it at the speaker but when we got to the window the entire order was wrong. My sons food was cold and the ice cream and shakes were almost completely melted. Of course she said she couldn’t give me my reciept so I can’t contact corporate. So if you’re thinking sonic in etown sounds good, I highly suggest just going to Dairy Queen.
If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. They are the rudest people I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The manager decided she needed to yell at me for trying to order at the outdoor window after I was told by an employee already told me I could do so. After I told her that she yelled at me that I was wrong and she refused to take my order. Their car stalls have been closed for months even though they have a line around the building most times during the day. Each time I’ve gone there recently my food is cold even though they say that it’s made to order. Cold hamburgers and cold, stale French fries are not worth a 30 minute wait with overpriced food options. My advice is not to visit this Sonic location and my advice to cooperate is the fire this manager!
I know they're doing the best they can but right now thus place is really a joke. Every time we go the wait is ridiculous. Tonight we were there almost an HOUR!!! We waited in the parking spot 20 mins waiting for someone to respond to the button before giving up and getting in the drive thru line which we sat in for 40 MINUTES!!! YES I realize we chose to stay but when you've already been there so long and think "just a little longer..we have waited this long" it's a joke. There were 3 people yotal working. No sense of urgency. I know everyone is shirt staffed but we will never be back.

The store was still open, and looked fully staffed. We literally watched 4 or 5 people standing around socializing inside the building. One guy even walked outside to talk on the phone right in front of our car with the most vulgar language....
Terrible customer service received this morning from the manager on duty this morning. The pricing for customers had not been updated to reflect a price Increase. When it was brought to the managers attention at the window, he asked me if i "wanted the food or not".. I then asked him with my credit card in hand if he would honor the total thats displayed due to his incorrect pricing and he simply said "no"...then he closed the window. This location is serving a community of valued people and this behavior is unacceptable. I also called corporate and while they were on speaker phone, they heard this manager refuse to give his name and receipt information when asked. Please provide coaching or remove this individual from direct interaction with the public.

I can't even give the food we got a rating! I got 2 footlong coney dog combos. When we opened the box it was all upside down looked like it had been thrown in. There were onion peels on them. They were cold and disgusting! I will NEVER go back there again. We ended up throwing the food in the garbage! They don't even deserve the one star! Would not let me post without!
