Waited 20 min for someone to even address the 3 customers at the door (2 left by the time someone came). Then was told there was a 30-45 min wait for food. Told them that was fine as we would do the salad bar while waiting for food. Was told they'd get a table cleaned off so we could sit. 10 min later no one had cleaned off the table. There were still 4 other tables that had not been cleaned the entire time we were waiting. The food is good here, the staff is nice but their time management is horrible. There were maybe 20 people total in the restaurant and most of them were from a big party. They lost quite a bit of money in a 30 min time span because there is no structure for the staff. At least another 20 people walked out because of this.
First and last time going to a Ruby Tuesday. Ordered a carry out online. I head to the restaurant at the pick up time then proceed to be invisible to the hostess for 20 minutes before I gave up on her and wandered over to the bar to ask about my pick up. I get told it’s not ready yet. Waiting another 30 minutes and I ask barkeep where the food is. She goes and asks the kitchen and I get told they don’t have the ingredients to make it. So you couldn’t bother to call and tell me or ask for a substitution, instead you make me wait an HOUR for a pickup I never even got. They did offer to make me something else but I had already waited an hour for nothing and wasn’t having it. To add insult to injury, I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE FOOD I NEVER GOT. And a tip was added. The manager told me they can’t refund orders placed online.
I haven't been to this location to actually eat in years. But this is just from a visitor standpoint as a doordasher The past couple of times that I've been there recently, they do not acknowledge any person that walks through the door and stands at the hostess stand. You can tell that the people that actually got sat are annoyed by the service. I understand that they are probably shorthanded, but there should be a sense of urgency when it comes to getting food out or seating customers. I always overhear the cooks talking and they always seem annoyed every single time that I see them. I've heard a cook talk about how to go orders wasn't her priority even though there were multiple people door dashing, I'm assuming. Just waiting on them to give them their food or to even acknowledge them. I would not recommend going to this Ruby Tuesday location. Just make the drive to a different one in Louisville or somewhere else. You're just going to get annoyed by how they are as workers.
Took an hour to give 3 out of the 4 people at our table food. Food wasn't hot and fresh, has obviously been left out. The last person who didn't receive the food had to wait almost 2 hours to not even receive their food which we eventually got the order taken off. The food wasn't even being made by the time we left. Horrible service, shouldn't have paid what so ever 0/5
Slow service. Poor service. Broken bathroom. Broken beer taps. Tables not clean. Food no better than fast food. Excessive loud music. Can’t say anything good about Ruby Tuesday here. Not recommended. I won’t try another one.

the service was great the food was Fantastic I ordered the blackened Salmon the best piece of Salmon I ever had. Totally impressed with the salad bar. my partner ordered the ribeye cooked just perfect. Would Highly recommend going here
Couldn't believe we found a Ruby Tuesday! They have the best salad bar with all the fixings. Menu had great options. I had the sliders with the bar. Restaurant was clean. Appreciated it had table cloths on the table. Food was fresh and service was great. Even though it's out of town for me when we go ba k through I'll be stopping.
The salad bar is a mess. 11.99 for a salad that's the same size as Wendy's is outrageous. Had a classic cheese burger (rare) with fries. But still took an hour to get it. No one cleans the salad bar area or washes the tables. I had to ask for them to wash it down. And it was still sticky. I won't go back again.
