cashier Dallas is rude. when requesting ranch for sandwich she informed us that we would be charged for it and then when we asked how much so we could pay and she shut window and ignored us.

This place is horrible and it’s progressively getting worse. If you pay for something, you should get what you paid for without feeling belittled staff. I’m sure they know that the building isn’t soundproof and you can hear every vulgar thing they’re saying about you as they’re messing up your order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
The slowest so called “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food isn’t bad but I swear this is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes for a simple burger n fry meal with only 2 cars in front of me. That’s just awful customer service.
Poor service and French fries for fry lovers sucked. I mean they tasted good, but for what you pay for them, there should be a whole box and not half box.
It's Pretty sad when I pull up to see 2 or 3 workers outside smoking and when I get to the drive thru speaker they say "We on a break if you still want to order, pull through in about 10 minutes." Not how to run q restaurant that way.
If you are a doordash driver, this is one of the worst places to work with, if you are having issues with them don’t listen to what they say just call doordash support. I hope they stop partnering with here because I’ve never had an issue like the one I had and when I have had an issue instead of telling me “oh I’m sorry but basically it’s not our fault call the customer” other Merchants actually have helped me sort it out. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve doordashed from here before and have had customer complaints of food missing or stuff they have asked for not put in their bag. ?? I’ve ordered here before for myself and have seen employees fighting with each other, if you go there late at night some employees can be seen goofing off outside and give hateful looks as you are pulling in. Place is unsanitary you can see it from the window. They either need to fix their doordash system or they need to be removed from their partnership with doordash. I’d rather wait in line at the local chick fil a then deal with this restaurant. I’ve had some friendly employees from here but not in a long time.
I ordered delivery from here. First, my Buford bacon combo was missing the burger itself, my girlfriends daughters double spicy chicken sandwich tasted and smelled rancid, and my girlfriends double fish sandwich was soggy from being saturated with oil. I wound up paying over $32.00 for two fries and a large drink as we couldn't eat the sandwiches. I'll never buy from this place again. The reply by the owner just takes you to their website that has you fill out a form that I already did fill out and now almost 24 hours later I still have not been contacted for a refund. Crooks.
Daughter bought a watermelon slushy and drank up something through the straw. Looked at the bottom of the cup and saw hard plastic pieces in the bottom of the cup after drinking it almost all gone. No telling how many small pieces she swallowed before this one got her attention.
I ordered the wings at lunch and they were not fully cooked - pink in the middle. I tried to call but got a recorded voice wanting to tell me a story and the manager commented about the 3 hours it took to return the food. Anybody else get more than one lunch break? I would not recommend due to the Manager's attitude.
