My husband and I went to this Rafferty’s a couple of weekends ago. My husband has a guide dog and when we walked up to the door to go in, one of the employees who I am assuming was a manager, stood in front of the door, and it was clear she was thinking about whether to let us in or not because of the dog. She did let us in after a couple of minutes, and when we were seated, we were put at a table away from other people eating, and we knew it was because of the dog. This wasn’t straight up discrimination, but it was enough to make us feel unwelcome at this restaurant, and we won’t be going back. It is illegal to refuse someone with a service animal, and even though we weren’t turned away, we are suppose to be treated and seated just like someone without a service dog, not in the literal corner of the restaurant. I hope this restaurant sees this and reviews the laws on service animals, and also learns to treat their handlers and families with respect and not like outcasts.

My coworkers and I stopped in for a late lunch. We all ordered burgers and fries. My coworkers seemed to really like their hamburgers and fries. I ordered my medium, and it came out cooked as ordered. The beef patty was juicy with a nice beef flavor. The toppings were fresh, and crisp. The fries were tasty, but not crispy. This is probably because they were fresh cut.

Excellent service. Perfect all around meal

Food was good and enjoyable. Menu price needs to be updated as we got charged more than what we expected. Crescent rolls are awesome use to be free but has changed. Wife and I had 2 each then another server brought out or food instead of our waiter so we asked for more crescent rolls and she brought out a plate with 5 and on my bill there was a charge for $6.99 for the crescent rolls.

Server was awesome! Ordered the fried chicken salad for the entree...it was lacking the appropriate amount of chicken, mostly iceberg lettuce. Won't order it again. The staff is always helpful and service is good. Food options, as well as portion sizes for some entrees and especially dinner salads are lacking correct measurements for sure. This has made me rethink patronizing for future dining outings.

I just love their bluegrass special chicken sandwich. It hits just right. Great fries & spicy ranch too. I tried the queso this time, it was actually good...for the price it could be a bit bigger but still good.

Awesome food and great service 10/10 definitely going to go back. Large portions and filled us up. Was able to accommodate 6 people no problem. Price was worth it 6 people = about $150 that is plus tips.

The hostess acted like we were bothering her just by coming in. I got chicken fingers that were tiny and very dry. Hubby got a burger that was good but, fries looked like they scraped the bottom of the barrel. All bits and pieces no full fries.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere

Prime rib cold and second one lukewarm with no taste. Explained to server and management. Did not offer to make it right.
