Good food and clean restaurant. Food was good. One of the workers was on break in the dining room and vaping at the table. 6/24/22 @ 615p.
Unfortunately I wanted to give this place a higher review because I deliver from here often and it always smells awesome. But I recently ordered a burrito online from here and I was early picking it up and it was actually cold and the steak was very tuff. I was not impressed at all with the amount I paid for the food. I'd rather go to taco bell.
on shift manager Amanda is absolutely OUTSTANDING! when grubhub messed up my delivery she shined all the way through. Amanda you are a superstar and need to be acknowledged for your leadership, and excelsior customer service!!!!! I will forever recommend Qdoba!!!!!
GREAT FOOD~~ But Honestly the way I was treated last night from the I am assuming assistant manager or perhaps shift lead I do not recommend anyone to go here. I was going to pick up an order when I noticed the doors was locked, so with this being a door dash order I had to pick up my customers items. Both the ladies (pink) hair and the black hair lady seen me and acknowledged me with eye contact. I sat there and then knocked again patiently waiting. When the shift lead or lets say dark hair lady stated, "We are f ing closed" And kept shaking her head. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated by this, I contacted the company that sent me there and also cooperate to let them know just how I was treated. There is surveillance there to back up my story and how I was done last night. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DON'T EXPECT something like this to happen. Normally I would not do this, but she needs to be held accountable for her immature actions...
One of the slowest places to doordash for. Barely above Popeyes, right on same level as Taco Bell. All dashers know what I'm talking about and people who order from here probably have some of the longest waits for their food. Everytime I'm waiting for 10-20 minutes and when you get paid by the delivery and not for waiting, this is messing with my finances and time. I had enough after just waiting for 17 minutes as the store was busy, then the cashier tells me FINALLY that they are out of Coke. And expects me to contact the customer when they could have through their doordash portal long ago. After waiting 17 minutes she finally says something. Maybe one thing when I first showed up but not after waiting this amount of time then makes me wait longer.
Food always tastes great! Hot and fresh. Anything they are running low on they quickly replenish. The staff here know how hustles! Get people in and out quickly. I do like how they communicate that they are working an online order. Good job Qdoba!!!!!
I usually avoid QDOBA, haven’t been there in years, but decided to give it another try and they did not disappoint! They had much more and very flavorful options so I will be returning and much sooner!
For a fast food restaurant the food was good. Friendly staff, clean, fast service. Looks more like a grab and go but they refer to themselves as a Mexican Subway type place. I will eat there again.
The food was really good. The drink machine was out but had bottles drinks in a fridge. It was extremely busy with a very long line (to the door a lot of the time) but the staff was courteous and worked diligently to keep the line moving. High five to them!
We usually go to the Qdoba on base since we live closer. This one is better with fresher food. We will come back. Only improvement I can see is the customer service. They often ignore the customers waiting in line when preparing meals ordered online. They can at least say something like, “we will be with you in a moment.” They say nothing.
