Let me start off by saying Popeyes spicy chicken is my husband's favorite, which is the only reason we stop here.The employees are horrible. I mean HORRIBLE and extremely RUDE!!! They're always blasting music and talking to one another about non-work related subjects, ignoring people at the counter to finish their mindless conversations. This is the main reason why I HATE coming to this location.We always have to clean our own table and ask for napkins and drink lids because they are NEVER stocked when we dine in.The food seems to take longer than expected to receive and then it then takes another 5 minutes of standing at the counter to get someone to give us some ketchup even when we ask for it while ordering.I just really dread when my husband wants spicy chicken from Popeyes.
We love the fried chicken, chicken sandwich and strip meals. The service is always excellent.

Not very impressed with the quality of the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was under cooked, so I did not finish my sandwich. The red beans and rice tho always good from any Popeyes.
I have to believe that a trainee was working drive through because he couldn’t get the order right. I only ordered a sandwich combo and yet he continued to ask the same questions even after repeating and confirming my order. No big deal. Every place has trainees and order taking can be difficult. Especially if you are also taking payments and delivering food. The sandwich was warm but still good. The fries were tasty despite being only lukewarm. None of that is a big deal. The restaurant was not busy at 4 pm. But the thing that stands out as a mark of poor management is that the employees were standing around, laughing and no one said a word to me. Not a thank you or anything. From the other reviews, I expect this store may soon be the next Mexican restaurant! And too bad because Popeye’s has the potential to shine with better management.
Ordered 16pc. I didn't open right away. My fault completely. I didn't get what I ordered. Called & Dre (idk spelling) told me to ask for him next time & he will correct. I normally don't comment but when I do I like to give praise. It's rough out here in retail & the fast food business. More embarrassed that he knew my voice! ? Thank you for just willing to correct!
Awesome! Love this place. Not only is the food amazeballs but there's a manager (I think he's a manager) there that made our visit to where we will definitely be returning! They were super fast and friendly.
Went thru drive thru at 4:12pm and purchased a 2 piece chicken dinner (spicy) with mashed potatoes/gravy and a biscuit. The chicken was so dry and the crust was so hard, it was hard to pull the meat off the bone. Dryest chicken ever. It was either old or overcooked or both. The biscuit was very hard as well. And the mashed potatoes and gravy…what gravy? It was virtually all potatoes. Worst experience I’ve had at this location. Not worth the eight bucks.
I went through the Drive Through 30 minutes before closing and the lady informed me that they only had chicken sandwiches left. I was okay with that I understood it was late. I asked for two chicken sandwiches and she dated they only had one ready and asked if I wanted to wait for the second one. I knew it wasn’t late and didn’t want them to have to go through the hassle of making a fresh one that late so I said no just the one is fine then. After I paid she asked me to pull forwards and they would bring my food out in a minute. It then took them close to 15 minutes to get me my sandwich. I was the only person in the drive through and she had already told me that they had a sandwich ready. I don’t understand why it took them 15 minutes to get me one sandwich with no sides. The sandwich itself was fine once I got it, but it was terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible...chicken was so burnt and dry that when we got home and attempted to eat it, we threw it away and went to Texas Roadhouse. We normally love this place and eat here often. The last two times have been disasters. We ordered a couple apple pies and they didn't tell us they replaced them with cookies after calling them they said they have been out of pies for a couple days. COOKIES we ate and they were delicious
