Delivery takes hrs food arrives cold. Management is very rude! Black hair baked into the cheese and manager called me a liar, sorry but my hair is blonde. So a month went by, decided to order again, may 16,2022, found another black hair, called and manager that day day, once again called us liars. We didn't get our bread sticks either. Pizza is good, but was made sloppy and the manager had an attitude with us the whole time.
They make great pizzas, but one could expect as much from the best pizza chain in the US. My only complaint would be they forget the extra sauces you order from time to time. So make sure to inspect your order before leaving. Good job!!!
I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. I only got 1 pizza. I called the store and asked for my other pizza or a refund for it. I was told no . No refund and no pizza and there was nothing they could do about it. And the guy was rude.
Always takes forever for any kind of order. If the order isn’t wrong it’s cold. Delivery takes hours and the food isn’t worth the money. Many different occasion.
Even short on staff and during lunch, received excellent and kind service. Much appreciated during a time when people are short on staff and patience lately.
For the second time my card was charged and they never showed up. The no longer care if you eat. If they get behind now they say they aren't liable to make anything right because it's the answering services fault. She ran my card and didn't place the order and went home with my $30.
Ordered the works and bacon and pepperoni and I get a cheese pizza and don’t know whatever the other one was. Call back and was told I can come back and get two pizzas whenever I want and that’s exactly what I did today and they tell me there’s no credit on my account. These people were very rude to my son and to myself. Will never order from them again dominoes number one
Called to place an order for delivery this evening at 4:30pm. Got transfered to a call center. After 20 minutes the lady at the call center transfered me to the actual location because their system wasnt working. I finally ordered and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Thought all was well that has been the normal time frame then last couple times we ordered. Hour later I heard something scratching around my front door. Thought it might be the delivery person??? Nope. I opened my door to find an animal chewing on one of the pizza box that was thrown on my porch. NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR! They had to get out of their car and walk a little ways to my porch AND NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!! The thing that bothers me is they gave my order to some door dash person and it was just thrown on my porch and half of the order was missing and the other had been scavenged by god knows what. Now we have to wait even longer for dinner. 2 hours later and the fact that they are remaking our order may not be enough for us to ever order from the Dixie location again!!
