Someone answered the phone took my order said it would be delivered within 36 to 46 minutes it never cay do l went there to see why I never got my pizza after am hour and half . Once I got there and asked why I never got my pizza that I ordered the manager say they didn't even have my order on the computer so l told that I called a order in and he said he didn't have a woman taking orders tonight. So l explained to him once I gave her my order and gave her my address she asked if it would be cash or charge and I said cash and she said cash oh ok and hung up.
keepin it real here ... food was great but they need to pay attention to cleanliness... a little bit will go a long ways j/s
Waited 2 and a half hours and they took the pizza to the wrong address. Brought it back and didn't even call me to get directions or anything. Called and asked what was going on and I was told that they hoped I would call. Miserable service
Trash. Expect to wait 2 hours for cold pizza.
Placed order online, pizza was never delivered. Called the store, hung up on when I answered. Still charged though. Absolutely uncalled for and poor customer service. Have waited 2-3 hours for a pizza in previous orders and still couldn't get the order right then. When you steal my money and don't deliver my order, no more business for you. Will be going corporate over this.
Ordered a pizza over the app worked perfect other than they had pineapples on the pizza here and there and my wife is allergic!! And we didn’t ask for them of course!
I ordered veggie garden pizza but don't look like veggie garden look like only cheese pizza and charg like veggie garden prices that's not good

Pizza is always undercooked here. Dough is mushy, get sick everytime. Will never eat at this one again. The one in Leitchfield is excellent.
