Wonderful food! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
I’ve always loved Panera, and I don’t want to be “that person” but the last 3 of my 4 app orders have been incorrect and if it’s because of out-of-stock ingredients that’s fine, but I wish they would reach out and let me know when the avocado I paid extra for is out of stock. I don’t want to pay extra for something I’m not going to receive. I’ve spoken to management at this location and while the customer service I received was great, I would prefer to see improvement in order accuracy and communication. I just want peace of mind that I’m not paying for a premium ingredient that I didn’t receive.
Was sadden by this visit. My bf and I both got bagel sandwiches.. when we arrived there only appeared to be like 3 tables already eating, so not busy 9am. My bfs bagel was burnt he had to go and ask for cheese, and his egg wasn't cooked right. He would have asked for a replacement but was afraid It would take what seemed forever to get a new one. The Quality of food was not worth what we paid. We had to wipe down our own table, the whole time we were there nobody cleaned off any of the tables 85 percent seemed to be dirty. :( not or best experience.
Placed a kid’s order using drive thru. Was told to pull up to parking spot 1 and after 15 minutes of us waiting we go inside to find our order inside on a counter. Unacceptable for a simple grill cheese when the location was not busy.
Everyone is very nice here. They’re open late enough to get an evening coffee, if you’re into that. But to recapitulate my former point, the staff is always cheery and kind. Being greeted with a smile by the staff can honestly completely change the course of a bad day.
The food was good, very long wait but it could have been an off day. I hadn't been there in a couple years before this trip.
I went thru the drive thru and it went really quick. Server was friendly, even though we had a few problems hearing each other. She also told me that I had a free Bagel, which hasn't at other places bevor. Thank you!
Its a pretty good Panera. I’ve never had any issues coming here
We have given the Elizabethtown, KY store multiple tries but, sadly, am now removing it permanently from our dining list. Besides the bad service and repeated wrong orders, this store’s management is absolutely not up to the task of running a professional staff. As a result, we have permanently removed it from our dining-out list.
On yesterday evening, I visited Panera Bread. Ordered Greek Salad with chicken. Last 4x visited, the Pepperoncini - which I love - were OLD, not fresh. Serving expired ones evidently. I know because I usually buy a jar when I grocery shop. But, this is not so much my complaint (I have a jar of pepperoncini at home already. After ordering, I drive up to the window. There's a black car with a young girl in front of me smoking a cigarette. Panera Bread employee, Brittany, leaning out of window talking. Immediately I can tell this is possibly a personal conversation going on but since I couldn't be sure, I sit and wait patiently. Approximately 4 almost 5 minutes in, still no food has been handed out of the window and they're still talking. I tap my horn and they both look at me but continue with their conversation. I then lay on my horn a lil bit longer this time. The girl in the car flips her middle finger at me and drives off.I ask for a manager when I finally get to the window and not knowing at the moment but a Team Manager shows up, tells me meal is on Panera Bread tonight. Okay thank you but I still want the number to Corporate because what I just witnessed is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and rudest act of customer service I've ever seen. I also tell the manager that the person (I don't know them) behind me should also receive meal without charge as they were sitting behind me this entire time waiting for this personal conversation to end. Team Manager says she's going to get number. Never returns and Assistant Manager then comes to window. He later comes outside, provides me phone number and asks exactly what happened. Once again I repeat my witness of their employee having a personal conversation while three cars to include myself wait. Had I not blown my horn who knows how much longer we would have sat there waiting. Absolutely insane!
