This is just ridiculous. Lobby closed except online orders I'm assuming because of short staff. I get here and wait 5 minutes while the cook stands doing nothing but talking to another employee. All while one worker is running the window by herself. I see they are out of about 3 different items. Finally one ask who I'm picking up for and says they are waiting for broccoli and that it would be around 8 minutes to cook. All while the cook stood there for 5 minutes doing nothing.This place is just terrible to doordash for. They aren't ever that busy and won't start doordash orders until they have everyone else in line taken care of and drive thru done. Jenna is really unprofessional and seems to hate her job. I've stood there and watched her smart off to a customer over prices for their "premium" items. Rudely tells him it says right in front of him that it's a premium item. Then goes back and forth with him about it. Then when I tell her the name for the doordash order she wants to act like she doesn't hear me. Then finally when she does, she wants to go on a power trip and act like they have to know the name and last letter initial. Yet they will make orders and put them on a shelf and not verify who's picking each order up. There's another younger girl who works there that is the same way but I haven't got her name. Both are very rude and act as though they hate life and their job.
Would give it a 0 if I could went through the drive thru the girl hands us a bag says it's everything it was missing a bowl we tell her she says my bad I forgot , drive off realized it was missing something else my husband goes in she once again says "my bad" get home and my kids won't eat their food because it was full of red chili flakes my husbands orange chicken was normal my kids had orange chicken of fire... waste of money and time unacceptable and unprofessional as it gets. Do yourself a favor don't eat here this isn't the only bad experience we've had it's like this every time.
Don’t say that you open at 10:30am if your food is never ready until 11am. This is the third time we’ve been to this Panda Express (that opens at 10:30) and the only food ready is appetizers. I’ve never worked in food before, but I have worked in retail and we were always at the store in enough time to get things ready before customers showed up.One of the other times we went, we pulled into the drive thru around 10:45am and were told they don’t open for another 15 minutes. We pulled out of the drive thru and assumed maybe Google just had the time listed wrong. We decided to wait in the parking lot until they “opened”. We watched another car pull into the drive thru a minute after us and they were served their food. Definitely wasn’t 15 minutes. I normally don’t complain or write reviews, but this has really just rubbed me the wrong way.
I love their food but their service has gone to hell.... Their prices have went up which I fully understand but their portions went down so they gave themselves a double raise.... They never wanna cook greens for a side item anymore why don't they just take them off the menu
Humm, Its hard to review a place thats essentially Chinese fast food. The store is clean, the staff is nice. The food is okay but not anything to get excited about. All In all if your asking should I stop in? Only if you've run out of options for fast food everywhere else in town.
They were skimpy on the food this trip. We got a lot less and also were told they were out of of items. What we did get was of course good. I think like so many places these days they were short staffed!
The management here is unbelievably bad. I’ve been here three times, and never will again. Each time they were out of the main thing I wanted, or there was a wait of 10+ minutes (on top of being in line for over 15 minutes already).Every single time there has been a wait on Orange chicken. Every single time, there’s been a wait on super greens. It is completely unacceptable, and at this point I will not be returning to this location.I’ve never had these issues at the Shepherdsville location, so I believe the issues are due to poor logistics and management.
Drive thru speaker wouldn’t let you finish a sentence when ordering. People are absolutely rude here. Had to wait 25 minutes for cold food to come out. Egg rolls were disgusting and cold. Once we opened our boxes I had maybe 4 Itty bitty pieces of meat in my carry out box. My husband had about the same amount and cold rice. Place is absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time. Yuck!
This place does not cook the food consistently. Rice under cooked/uncooked. The lady in the window always is condescending and has an attitude. The drive through takes min 30 mins(have gotten stuck in the line for and hour plus twice) for 1 person at a time from speaker to the window. One at time. Store management has zero problems with the issues listed above. Hopefully ownership or corporate catches this comment and increases efficiency through training there. There is huge opportunity for that store in that location to make a lot more money.
Better be there when you open because they won't serve you the last 1.5hours of business.
