While this location offers an experience that you would expect from most Olive Garden locations, the one lacking item that I noticed most was the slow service. I'm unsure if our server was simply having an off night, which definitely happens to us all, or if it was a lack of attention. However, we were served more by passing employees than our own server. When our server did finally return to our table, they asked if we wanted more bread. We excitedly stated yes as we love the breadsticks, but were a bit let down that they didn't arrive until roughly 30-40 minutes later by yet another employee just as we were ready to pay our bill and leave. Decent food, lacking service.

At the time of writing expect to spend $20 minimum on most meals here. The food is very good and I've never had anything but good things to say about the waitstaff so the overall value would be great if it weren't incredibly overpriced. A good comparison would be the Italian restaurant Tuscany, another restaurant with great service and delicious food. They recently raised their prices at their Louisville location that I go to and the expected minimum meal price there would be $12-14. If you're travelling anyhow that would be my suggested Italian eatery but if you're local to the Elizabethtown area Olive Garden makes for a great visit as well, just expect to pay heavily for the convenience.

The food it's what you would expect. It's nothing to write home about but it is good. This location has the worst service of any I have been to. I have been a few time to give them a try. Usually right when they hope up on Sunday. They were out of the type of soup I like and out of bread. Normally I would have just left my family wanted to stay. It took almost 10 minutes before a waitress came to get our drink order and about 40 minutes to get soup and salad. They are super slow.

Order came out with wrong noodles and the replacement was very watery. The server was very nice, so not sure if it was her fault or the kitchen staff. She did recommend a great wine.

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and we go usually at least once a month. This last visit one of the waiters went above and beyond by talking to my kids like they were actual people instead of just children. He took care of them and he actually made it feel like we were family. As my daughter is autistic it’s hard to go out to eat sometimes but she enjoyed the attention he gave her and we had a great dinner. The food is always good here, but having a waiter actually engage with my whole family really set this time apart. Thank you sir!

Overall our experience was great here. The servers were very attentive and took very good care of us. The food was amazing! My only complaint was the wait for a table, when there were several tables open. I understand it’s because no one wants to work when they can stay home and get paid more on unemployment, but that’s another argument for another day.

I was disappointed with most everything here. The service was not good at all, starting at our waiter trying to take away our salad plates before we were finished. The same with our entrees. He didn't offer deserts or to go boxes either. The salad is always good at Olive Garden, but there was no refill on it. We had to ask for more bread sticks with our entrees. The pasta in my entree seemed as if they had been sitting out, because the edges were tough and chewy.I won't be back at this location, and would hesitate to go to another.

Made an advance Order for 5pm pick up gave the make and model/color of my car like they ask. Arrived 10 minutes early. Texted that I was there but there was no parking with spots that had signs. Parked in a spot that had a number in the spot (8) gave them the number. There were no other tan cars waiting btw, after 17 mins I went inside . Was told that I had to go back to the curbside to go and they had been “busy” this was after getting the text that they were getting my order ready 15 mins earlier ! I found my order sitting on a bench getting cold. I asked if I could take it and they asked my name, I told them and then they said “ oh we couldn’t find you “ I said “how”??? I was the only tan car out there! Then they said “well we were short staffed” and I told them “well I’m going to take my cold food home!” And left. Not happy with my $101.00 order

Great experience at this location. Server Shawn (or Sean) was amazing. Very attentive. Food quality and speed was perfect, though it was busy at lunch today. Will return!!

2 stars for getting the order right and for the salad,0 stars for the meal. Curbside pickup I got the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli by the time I got home I guess the Alfredo sauce evaporated,I'm one of those people who like sauce on their paste not this dry pasta. Most likely won't be going back unless it just for the salad.
