Server was nice but what I ordered versus what I got was a joke, Taco Bell prepares better dishes then this.
$4 margaritas!!! This place wasn't bad and had a good environment with good vibes. I ordered the chicken tender meal with with honey boom boom sauce and loaded mashed potatoes, my wife ordered the tilapia with rice pilaf and asparagus spears. The thing I was most impressed about is the kids meals are super hella cheap. My 5 year old and 8 year old had generous portions for 2.99 and 3.99. The food was decent slightly above average compared to an applebee's. Oh did I mention $4 margarita's???
The food was burnt and over cooked and the service was awful we had to wait what seemed like forever for everything to arrive.
Excellent Service with Jennifer in the bar area. Food brought out hot ? fried pickles was the best I've had and I've had many...honey drizzled chicken was excellent, mashed sweet potatoes were okay if they were bake with more cinnamon and marshmallow cream it would have been excellent just my preference and the salad always a winner! The latest visit here was absolutely horrifying. This place is FILTHY. The food didn't even come out hot. The fork still had food on it. Caked on dust on the fans blowing over your head, black booths that aren't supposed to be black, very gross windows and blinds. I and my husband have never eaten somewhere so dirty. I'm surprised it hasn't been closed down. Mind you, they had literally just opened. Absolutely no excuse except very poor management. I spoke to a manager about this, but he didn't seem that concerned. I hope they clean.
I absolutely like this place. I frequent the one on Dixie in Louisville and etown. Louisville location is the best hands down. Their rolls and bourbon glazed salmon is consistent. When I come in for dinning, there’s always someone at the boat stand to greet you and seat you. They have knowledge of the seats available as well. Not sure who the manager is but he’s doing a great job.
The only reason I am giving two stars is because what food we did receive was good.Today, I placed an order online with O'Charley's that was to be picked up via curbside. Order was to be ready for pickup at 3:11PM.At 3:30PM,my order still was not brought out to my vehicle. I had to call to find out where my order was and got the impression they just forgot it. Finally someone brought out the order nearly 20 minutes past the time it should've been readyWhen I got home, I discovered that some items were missing from our order but we were billed for them.This is the second time we've used O'Charley's curbside service and the second time the service was unacceptable. If O'Charley's is unable to handle curbside service then perhaps it should not be offered.Very disappointed with O'Charley's.
Our waitress wasn't all that great! Our first order of drinks wasn't as sweet as expected. Our food was good, but our friend's dinner was a bit cold. We asked for another batch of rolls, but didn't get them until it was time for us to leave. Asked for to-go cups, never got them until we mentioned about it for the third time! The gift card we had said it had nothing on it. We aren't planning to head back anytime soon. This place was surely heading south with their services. My third time eating here.
We showed up last minute with 100 people to celebrate and these folks did great handling the unexpected volume of customers on a Saturday night! Arlene did awesome serving our table and the food was awesome! Thanks for helping our team celebrate winning State!!!!
We had a wonderful experience with Arlene. She was a great sever and handle our party of 98 perfectly!! She kept our drinks filled and our food was delivered very quickly. We will definitely be back!
