Normally this place is ok but every once in a while they drop the ball
One star is a total exaggeration. This McDonalds doesn’t only always mess up our order (we haven’t had it right, yet) but today put the cherry on top. After a long wait we received fries that tasted and had the texture of cardboard. Exactly the way they taste when one tries to reheat fries in the microwave. Burgers were cold as well. What a waste of over $40…!!!
I will not visit this location anymore. Had to wait 15 mins to get my food. Employees were walking into the lobby to socialize with friends of there. Employees were horseplaying in the kitchen. Saw a person in plan clothes no hat hair down walk behind the counter and into the kitchen. By far the worse experience I've ever had at a McDonald's
Food was good but fries were cold and no salt
It was good and fresh. Just wish could go inside. The drive thru was very busy. But still got through reasonably. Service was quick. My order was done right and hot. I could tell it was being made fresh. High points for that.
Asked for the legal limit of mayonnaise. They delivered. Amazing quality and customer service.
Kind of upset that they charged me for all my food but didn't give me my smoothie... this seems to happen more frequently these days.
I had two free meal cards for having horrible service the last time i was at this mcdonalds location and while i was there today in the drive thru i ordered my two meals and a lrg sprite and a $3 chicken nugget and small fry bundle. At the speaker i told the woman that i had the cards and she just said to bring them to the first window. I get there and she refuses to use them both so she made my husband get out of the car in the drive thru and go inside and order. And then while my husband was inside she tried to charge me $8 for what should have been $4.32. I refused to pay almost double so I went inside where my husband had just ordered thru the manager so i went to the manager and ordered and he personally bagged both of our orders himself AND STILL GOT IT WRONG! The 2 large frys were both mediums AND ICE COLD! And my 4A chrispy chicken sandwhich had no add ons but came with cheese on it which I HATE CHEESE and the chicken itself was cold! Im very very disappointed! I tried to give this location another chance but that was just ruined. I will NOT be returning!
I don't normally give fast food places 4 stars, but these guys were busting their butts getting the food out. Yeah... they had some mistakes, but they were gracious and seemed to be making every order right.
With a staff shortage and shorter hours they're trying their hardest to get the customers served as quickly as possible.
