i ordered breakfast through the app and went in to pick up the order, when i received my drinks i noticed one was incorrect .. but the stars only go to the guy that was so kind to correct it on the spot. however it took a while even when i was the only one in the lobby. as i leave i notice that my food was also incorrect. which sucks because working in the transportation industry you’re always on the go and don’t have an option.
They didn't know what was going on. Girl called our number and we go to get food. Where are the drinks? What did you have? Saw her so that to two other people also. They would bring half an order to someone and 5 minutes later bring the rest. One worker walked in to lobby and said did anyone order this sprite? Nobody did so he says does anyone want it. There is no refill your own drinks. No catchup packets or anything like that in the lobby. I asked for extra pickles on my chicken and I went up to get them and girl told me I'd have to pay for extra pickles. I said I ordered them already and didn't get them. It's even on my sandwich wrapper. Sighs and walks back to get them for me. Very rude. Won't be back to this location.
Took FOREVER to get our food and when I finally received it items were missing... I understand completely but then no one was around for over 10 minutes and even then they ignored me for as long as I could! LolWhat's NOT funny is my wife and 2 young girls all had NUGGETS and all got sick last night into today! I know it's fast food and no one really cares about their jobs anymore but it CAN'T be that hard ?♂️?
Prices are jacked up higher than elsewhere,service was pour and they have smaller cups than at other McDonald's not to mention no refill without paying for it.Straight garbage, McDonald's has gone off the deep end I will not be going back to any locations anywhere in the world
1/4 pounder with cheese was actually good haven't had in 15yrs. very expensive! Around $10 for a meal.. other food chains cheaper and better will not be back unless prices drop
This was an awful experience during a busy Saturday lunch. There were so many people inside, all trying to use the kiosks because the one person behind the counter to take orders did not know what they were doing. It took so long to order with them. A friend ordered fries and a drink on the kiosk and waited 20 minutes... then had to ask for the fries and drink, they had no clue what happened to the order. There's no self-serve refills here, or even ketchup. Just straws and napkins on a table. Didn't even consider asked for a refill because in the hour we spent here it was completely packed the whole time. Bathrooms were a disaster with the only tp being all over the floor, none in the rolls. Soap everywhere, overflowing trash, and the floor was wet for some reason.When we got our food there was a lot of grease on the outsides of the containers. Fries were not hot or salted. The deluxe chicken sandwich was just okay, not really crispy like advertised.
The nuggets aren’t fresh and the fries taste like they’ve been sitting for days, and the sweet tea taste like dirt. Would not recommend stopping at this McDonald’s!
It took forever, they were doing one car at a time, from speaker to getting their food, then would take the next cars order. I have never sat in McDonald's drive thru that long before.
My Wife and I, stopped by for a couple of Caramel Macchiato's!\\nThey are our new Favorite drink!
