Wow!Random day trip to Etown and we were hungry for BbQ. When asking the server Brian for suggestions he was helpful kind friendly and informative. Everything was delicious. Ribs chicken brisket pork grilled corn red potato salad cornbread salad just mouth watering. Manager came by to check on us, gave us a piece of buttermilk pie and a bottle of their original sauce for the road! Highly recommend if you are in Etown and hungry for bbq or burgers?? oh gosh and the fried pickles how could I forget? Perfect!

Just had one of my all time worse dinners. The 32.00 rib dinner was so tough, had no bark and just sucked. Worse ribs I have ever had from any place or that I cooked myself. The brisket was all fat and didn’t even look like brisket. We asked for no sauce and got sauce all over are onion straws so we couldn’t eat them because we are allergic to certain types of sauces. The only thing that was some what good but dry was pulled chicken. Very dry no tasting corn muffins. So I basically just wasted $99.00 dinner. So disappointed with the price of stuff these days and to get that kind of quality.

The food was just as amazing as the service was. I don't remember my servers name but she was just the sweetest lady ever. My husband and I definitely plan on going back one of these days.

Our waitress, Melody, was AMAZING! She was super sweet and just all around a great waitress! Food was delicious, can't wait to go back!

We stopped into this restaurant on a whim while on a road trip and were not disappointed in the least. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Linda Rose was so friendly and you can tell she is genuinely interested in providing great service. The food could have been mediocre and I would still recommend this restaurant to anyone purely based on her level of service. Overall, great food and great experience!

Ribs, chicken sandwich, sides were all great! Don’t be in a hurry because of short staffing. Would definitely go back for sure! Our waitress was working very hard and did a great job.

Unfortunate. We had really high hopes coming into this place after reading some of the reviews.Starters/Appetizers:Started off with the sweet cornbread and "Bird's Nest" as appetizers. The cornbread muffins were borderline cold and did not taste good (most likely pre-made or old). We asked for a fresher batch that was warm, or dare I venture to say, hot. They brought out a new batch that had an almost identical taste and temperature as the first. DNF. The Birds nest onion strips were very good. Perfect fry and quantity. The wings on the other hand were very sweet. Some people might enjoy how sweet the honey and syrup combination is, however, nobody at my table did. Perfect cook on the wings (hot temp), but an unfortunate and unavoidable sauce. We got multiple combo #1s:Meat: The brisket is what we came for and were sadly disappointed in that as well. It was dry and bland. Tasted old and was hardly warm. Their signature barbecue sauce (vinegar base) was also not a saving grace. We were pleasantly surprised by the pulled pork. It was hot and fresh, tender and juicy. The ribs from the combo were not "fall off the bone" but that's not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was the over-application of barbecue sauce that was used and the obvious low quality in the meat. Was looking forward to the ribs, but now the dogs are eating them as I write this review.Sides: The macaroni and cheese is my usual go-to. The macaroni and cheese was incredibly cheesy. I felt like I was eating a cheese soup with macaroni bits inside. I used to think too much cheese was never a bad thing, but I discovered I was wrong. The sweet corn on the cob was good. It was warm and has some really nice flavors going on. Someone at my table got the fried sweet apples and said they were delicious.Overall: The quality of food was subpar to usual barbecue places who pride themselves on having the freshest and juiciest cuts. The staff (especially Jack) was friendly but unfortunately they have little to do with what's going on in the kitchen. We will not be returning.TLDR: Friendly/helpful staff, terrible cornbread muffins, good onion strips, overly-sweet wings, dry brisket, overly-barbecued and mediocre ribs, good pulled pork, overly-cheesy Mac-and-cheese, good fried sweet apples, and good sweet corn.

Pretty good BBQ meats. Not a huge fan of the sauces, but I am more of a North Carolina vinegar sauce fan. Great portions and really good Burgoo.

Felicity did a great job as server!! The brisket sandwich is delicious! Meat very tender and love their tangy original sauce! Spicy fries yummy and not too spicy!!

Good first visit and our server was very helpful. Brisket and pork were both tender. Meats weren’t quite as smoky flavored as expected but still tasty. The restaurant smelled smoky and yummy. The cole slaw is creamy not tangy, but the mac and cheese is nothing special. There is a hand washing station just before the restrooms which is nice.
