My husband and I used to visit Longhorn twice a month until things kept ending up horribly wrong. Upon walking into the building a strong odor of urine was present during our last few visits. It became our topic of discussion while we waited to be seated. We'd each order a steak, one medium and one medium well and every time they'd come back medium rare and well done, or one would be good and the other would have to wait for a re-fire. We grew tired of sending them back and were never offered any discounts so we started ordering chicken. That was ok for a while too, then we started getting overcooked chicken and under cooked rice. We just decided we'd start going back to Roadhouse. The bread is better at Roadhouse anyways. Too bad. Spicy chicken bites were my thing! Service has gotten super slow on top of poorly cooked food, so Sunday was officially our final visit to Longhorns. We'll miss our servers Sherry and Cathy, they were nice.

We went to Longhorn for dinner after a weekend soccer tournament. It was fairly busy, but we were seated rather quickly. Our waitress was nice, however the food wasn't really what I expected. I was disappointed to say the least. We ordered the onion petals for starters. It took a while before they were ready so I expected them to be hot and fresh. They were not! The plate itself was very warm, but the food was NOT! They weren't hot and were kind of greasy. I ordered the chopped steak with a salad and loaded baked potato. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries and one with baked potato. The plate looked extremely delicious, but again nothing was hot. The salad was beautiful and fresh. The gravy on my steak was actually cold and thick. The steak was warm enough but not hot, and both baked potatoes were hard in the middle. I was very disappointed. I just expected more from a place like this. I didn't finish my dinner. I just asked for a to go box and we left. I don't have anything bad to say about our waitress. She was nice to us. She did a great job. I'm not sure if I will ever go back. It just wasn't what I expected for the price.

Was craving a good steak dinner and was very disappointed. Ordered steak med rare, it was raw and ice cold in the center. Not even grilled or a hint of seasoning. Baked potato was over cooked and dry as a bone inside. Broccoli was a mushy mess. My wife got the salmon and it too was raw in the middle with the same mushy broccoli. Her mashed potatoes were good though. Will definitely not be back.

For the 3rd time in a row, my steak was grossly under cooked. Please see the pic I attached and let me explain. We ordered the steak "medium". It was very rare. I was very disappointed. I honestly lost my appetite. (March 24th 2022). Our waitress was very nice and understanding. (It was not her fault we gave her a nice cash tip). I explained that I was very disappointed and that I was more than willing to pay for our salads and drinks, but not the steak. The manager came. I showed her the steak. She offered to have it cooked more. I said thank you but no. I also expressed that this was the 3rd time my medium steak was significantly undercooked and showed her the steak. She said it was a new cook. I was surprised she did not say "sorry". She did not acknowledge it was undercooked. I told her that since this was the 3rd time, I doubted it was a simple as a new cook. She then said their cook times were proprietary. As if to say it this near bloody steak was the way they cook it. Surprised I asked her if she really thought the steak on my plate was "medium". She had to admit it was certainly not. My wife overheard the table behind us had the same issue. Another employee was over heard saying this was the 3rd order that night the steaks were undercook. This is not the result of a new cook but rather some weird policy of management. I am done. I will never go back. Shame on them for making a stupid policy decision to undercook their steaks. I honestly am not one of those picky eaters. But there is no excuse for this to happen over and over. The manager charged us for our drinks, salads and even the mushrooms we never ate. Ugh.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was great as well.

The waiter was great. It just seemed to be a very off night for the bar tender and the chief... inhad been here before and it was great, however I don't believe we will be coming back here. The manager did come and offer to fix it, I was just done at this point and nothing could fix it for me. Gotta do better!

Went for dinner and it was an excellent experience. Our waitress was Sheri, very nice and attentive. Definitely made the best experience. Will definitely go back.

We love this Longhorn Steakhouse!!! I like my steak rare, but hardly ever order it that way because I don't trust many places enough to. Longhorn nailed it though! My steak was tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly rare. I don't know who the chef was today, but they deserve a raise. Our waitress was also spot on. She was attentive, but never hovered. We will definitely continue to be repeat customers.

Just at lunch there today and had the porterhouse, absolutely the best steak I've ever eaten. Side potato was also delicious. Service was excellent.

Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant. The salad is fresh and their ranch is great. Steak was very tasty. But the new chocolate cheesecake is the absolute best. In fact it's better than the cheesecake factory at least the one in Louisville.
