Little Caesars has really stepped up their pizza game in the last few years. It used to be the best because it was the cheapest. Now it's because their pizza is simply amazing.Thin crust, leopard spots, chunky tomato sauce, and gooey mozzarella. For FIVE. DOLLARS.
I believe they can have better customer service there was 3 employees working front counter and i had order my order online, it took me multiple times of asking for my dipping sauce before i was finally acknowledged. The pizza was good except for one thing there was a black hair in my food so hygiene and prevention of hair in the customers food need to be implemented. Thank you.
I worked at Little Caesars recently but once i called in due to sickness the general manager (brandon) cut my pay from $10 to $8.50 with no notice and cut my schedule from 4 days a week to 1 day a week 2 consecutive weeks in a row and once i reported it to him all i got were excuses and lies so i ended up quitting. If you are looking for a job this one would not be recommended
Brandon (GM) demands sick workers come in with fevers to cook your food. Stay far away from this place, it is a hygienic nightmare and will get your family sick. $ > safety is no way to run a business in the era of Covid and a pandemic. you would think these places would learn to follow stricter regulations regarding food safety and foodborne illness. Stay away.
first time at this location, ordered the slices N sticks, and the sticks left a bit to be desired, a lot less cheese than normal and a couple of them were cheese less breadsticks, have had a lot better slices N sticks from other LC locations
Although the sign outside mentioned being shortstaffed...they did fine. We ordered 2 pizza's, waited 10 mins then picked up our order. The 3 meat was a lil gready BUT it tasted good! Nice crust, decent amt of toppings. Good price.
Waited over an hour for a pizza...I finally got the pizza and asked for cheese sauce garlic and marinara...they wanted extra money...I said I have waited over an hour for a pizza just comp it...nope..they don't answer the phone...u have to do everything online... imagine that
You know the saying "1 bad apple can spoil them all"? That's exactly how things went the last time we are from here. Food was burnt, order wasn't right, they didn't answer phones but tried to keep us from walking in the door. When 1 person finally slowed down to ask what's wrong, they "corrected" my order by giving us, you guessed it, another burnt pizza. I kept my receipt and order number, sent that along with photos to corporate, and haven't been compensated, emailed, called, nada. This was February 19th! I've never had pizza dough so dry and crunchy even when my kids overbake it. You live around that part of town and really want pizza, just go to Kroger or Walmart.
The pizza was very thin an sausey., Cheese bread burnt , no cheese! They gave me another just like it, I went back in they said they were closed. They have a sign that says be nice to the ones that showed up, there doing nothing but giving them a bad rep .They have 2 managers that can't make one decision, what a joke, then call a man manager to make the decision an shut him down before he says a word! Lol!
They only have one person that can make your pizza to order. I do always get the extra pizzas. So on that hand I do get my money worth. But it isn't the same as just getting your order right the first time. And I'll never understand their method of the chicken shortage... Two orders of wings are still two orders matter how they are boxed out the door.
