Was there Jun 7, 2022, about 6:00 p.m. Not what it used to be. Hadn't eaten there in awhile. Got a two piece white meal and asked that one be a breast. I got a piece of breast so small that I thought it was a thigh and a chicken wing the size of my thumb. Took it up to guy who appeared to be running the show who was working the counter and he did nothing. Told him I would not be back. There was a time when a KFC chicken breast was a fair sized piece. Apparently not any more. Should get more for the money. Was not satisfied. Poor meal. Poor management.
Oh my! What have you done KFC? Look at these itsy bitsy wings LOL they are smaller than the hotsauce packet. I guess times really are hard. I wouldn't swear to it but I think they changed they breading recipe too. Something is different about these wings. Also, I had to wait for them but that's pretty normal. When I paid they told me I had 9 minutes remaining on my wait. I waited 25 minutes for my order. I asked for hot sauce but they didn't bring it & had to return into the building to get some. The young lady who brought out my order was super sweet but the guy at the window seemed like he didn't want to be at work that day because he wasn't listening to a word I had to say. I was asked to park & wait so I requested my drinks. I was also asking for hot sauce. He clearly wasn't listening. Just like anyone else, I've been enjoying KFC most of my life. I know they strive for a better customer experience. It seems companies are having difficulty keeping people employed post pandemic. Maybe try to teach new hires to have some pride in who they work with as well as the company thry work for. I consider KFC to be an icon. Their employees should too.
I went through ordered mash potatoes gravy and green beans and they gave us to orders of mashed potatoes with no gravy and mac and cheese instead of green beans and a little bit of slaw which we didn't ask for
Used to be my favorite. But since covid they wont open the lobby or put the buffet back up. So wont be going until they get back to normal.
Worst case scenario place to eat we went thru drive thru speaker was Down I had to go inside again the lady told me to pull up towards drive thru and I gave my order I went up to window and tried saying can u please repeat my order and the guy is like I dont know the lady took your order slammed the window on my moms face then gave food I ordered a bucket no bucket just bag with food I asked is this the bucket on photo as shown he was again like I don’t know
Pulled up they took my order #1 fillup box. Wait was very short. The lady at the window didnt smile once and was very curt and when ivopened the fill up box it was missing a drum amd a side. Very dissapointed
Delicious!! But I didn't receive any coleslaw and didn't realize till I got all the way home!!
Went to get dinner around 5:30 PM. KFC was drive thru only and the line was wrapped around building. I was in line for twenty minutes, however the crew were very friendly and my food was hot, and fresh. Been a minute since I been to KFC, but really impressed with quality of food.
It *says* dine in, but that's a lie.Don't waste your time, go to the other location by 65 at least there they allow you inside.And before they respond "it was an isolated incident due to staffing issuess" I call BS as the dining room has been closed each time we have come here.
Order was correct, food was decent. Unfortunately you can only order through the drive through and for that reason I will continue going elsewhere.
