J.R. Neighbors was located in an older part of town that had a very cool vibe. Staff was very friendly. I had the "notta" burger which had great flavor for being a non meat option. The sweet potato fries were delicious!! Ordered the banana pudding to take home & it did not disappoint, had the homemade by your grandmother type feel. Great place for a relaxing atmosphere & great food.
So far, probably the best, restaurant/bar I've experienced in Elizabethtown. It's not been around very long, less than a year in town, but the food, service, and atmosphere are incredible! Whether going out to have a drink or lunch/dinner you just can't go wrong with J.R. Neighbors. It's located in the circle by the courthouse in downtown. So if you're out and about give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it!
Great new restaurant. Awesome food. Sliders are delicious. Bison was cooked perfectly. Loaded tots and fried tomatoes are delicious. Or server, Aleah is new. Very friendly and attentive. She made is feel valued. Well be back.
Interesting restaurant right on the square in Etown. They offer craft burgers with a few really unique meat choices and toppings. I decided on the Hatch-it Buger which was not just an burger with an egg on it, but a nod to their history with Carrie Nation. The Mrs had the Texas burger with Shredded brisket and an onion ring. The couple with us tried an appetizer of deviled eggs but they were not impressed with the texture or flavor on some of the eggs. They also had a chicken salad and a double smash burger. The restaurant does have a very nice bar with a large selection of bourbon, and a really nice draft beer selection.
Great adult atmosphere for dining, fellowship, and imbibing spirits. Volume level was never over-bearing. Food was on-par with the atmosphere presented. I enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, which were garnished with pimento cheese, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. The sandwich was crispy, suitably sweet and spicy, and enough to take home for a second meal. My side of tater tots were fried to my taste, golden-brown and crunchy. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.
Been for both brunch and dinner. Burgers are always perfectly cooked and JUICY. For brunch I loved the chicken and waffles (it was unapologetically hot). Lasty do not sleep on the cocktails here, everything I've ordered on and off menu has been particularly good

Restaurant was very nice. Staff was friendly food was good. Our waiter was very nice. Service was a little slow and forgetful but overall the food was amazing.
Great food both appetizer and meal. Beautiful restaurant inside noise level a tad high may need to look into some noise pads. Overall great experience will go back
I’ve been waiting to try this new place. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was great. I ordered an adult slushie, which was wonderful. I also ordered truffle fries and Caesar salad. I was very disappointed in the salad. It was 3 leaves of lettuce, with the dressing, crutons and Parmesan cheese on top. With pepper on top of that. One of the reasons I go out to eat is so I don’t have to do the work for the food. A salad is supposed to already be cut up, in my opinion. The service was good however.
