Senior staff stood around and talked. The waitress was trying to do everything on her own. While the entire dining area waited over an hour for food. With only 4 tables. Food was cold. Nothing comped and after an hour and a half waiting for food won't come back. I am normally pretty forgiving about this stuff, but with senior staff chatting instead of helping never again

This place is ok. It's not horrible and it's not fantastic. We came here one time in the evening only to be turned away because they were "closing early" was the excuse I was given. Doesn't really seem like there is much management as I was standing there waiting to pay for about 7 minutes while the phone rang constantly and the workers were laughing and carrying on in the back. Finally the lady came out and answered the call, saw me and then proceeded to walk back to the back until I called her to cash me out. Need a solid manager. Food was good, server was good but please get some management up in there.
I enjoyed breakfast here. Needed eggs to have yolk removed due to allergies, and it arrived with perfection. All food was portioned well, and everything was clean. Very happy with staff and quality of food, as well as overall cleanliness.Will be back for sure!
We had to wait 30 minutes for our food. I even had to ask the waitress how much longer. The cinnamon roll pancakes are supper sweet. My 12 year old could eat them, end up eating from my plate. Not worth the money for the food.
We have tried to go there 3 times in one month and can never get in, even when the parking lot had barely a car, hire more people or something. Last time we tried they had the doors locked and a hand written sign saying they had no help
IHOP was the greatest, the service was spot on. I didn't have to wait for a table, the food was excellent, and the waitress was very sweet and nice. I will definitely be going back really soon. Giving them ????? all the way around.
Was not very busy, but was terribly short handed. Our server was nice despite how long it took to actually get our meal. We were actually ready to leave. The three ladies at the register did nothing to assist and our server actually checked us out. Poor management, cross training might help. More attentive personnel and more cooks.
Great service and great food in a nice clean environment. Menus were dirty but that is our only complaint. Server was great and we got checked in by management and others. We will be back.
Awesome staff and good food. Very helpful, friendly and fast. Will definitely go back for dine in or curb side pick-up. Very decent prices.
