The food was really good, but it's inconveniently placed and the service was horrible. We waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only one other costumer. They weren't busy, but they took WAY too long to get us our food.
They wouldn't take my old $20 bill from 1981 because they thought is was fake. Everyone else takes it in town. They were examining, marking and scratching it like they were experts. Food and service is great. Next time just stay in your lane and be a good cashier and cook before trying to claim my money is counterfeit.
We pulled in to grab some hot food they were short-staffed but yet my order for toast instead of a biscuit she made that for me both sandwiches were hot mine and my husband's and the tater tot were really hot exceptional service considering they were short-staffed at thank you for your greatness to get our order out
First off they gave me the wrong drink and when I got the sandwich out it was just a piece of ham in a biscuit.
Waited over 20 mins in the drive-thru to be told that they had to start my order over. All of this while there was only a few vehicles even at the restaurant. Not only slow but also rude. I left without my order or a refund.
Always love visiting Hardee’s when I go out of town as there’s none near me. Visited this location and was initially acknowledged when we walked in and were told it was going to be a minute cause they were processing end of shift paperwork at the register. Ended up standing there another 10-15 minutes while everyone working walked back and fourth and we were never acknowledged again. We just decided to walk out. Working customer service before, I could never imagine leaving a customer without service that long.
Worst sandwich I've ever attempted to eat. The chicken was browner then a heal of bread!! And like a piece of leather
I had one of the best burgers that I have ever had was at this Hardee's. I ordered the new Bacon Beast burger. Not only was it a huge burger, but the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions added to the two charbroiled all-beef patties with cheese made for some awesome messy bites. Make sure you get plenty of napkins, because your hands and face will get messy!
The service was impeccable. I had a huge breakfast order for my family of 9 and they did miss a beat. I am not a fast food fan, but these guys rocked the block with some wicked good food. The dinning room was clean and the bathroom was okay. The workers behind the counters were impressive.
went to drive thru this morning cause i work across the street. The food was good but never dealt with such rude people. You dont need to tell me I cant have something on the menu "cause its not a breakfast item" but 2 days before I got it no problem. Dont be a karen. Its called customer services.
