I love Firehouse, but today experience left a bad taste in my mouth. First off when we walked in no one greeted us. We were the only customers and we felt ignored. The girls were in their own world and it was not a friendly place. Secondly only 4 hot sauces to choose from and they were all terrible. Bring back more choices. Now the food, I enjoyed it and thats why you get three stars. I've been to many Firehouse Subs and these staff need refresher training.

Loved the meatball sub. I hadn't had one in years. Also stumbled on their Orange cream soda that's worth a try.

Top of line sandwiches and always good attitude employees

This is the second bad experience. We just moved to ETown and this is the most disappointing Fire House! Yesterday after requesting a ham only sandwich meal and a roast beef sandwich meal with cheese bacon salt pepper and oil. (Not difficult) I received a receipt showing I was charged extra (for extra ham?). Instead of having to refund the entire charge just to remove the extra charge and then have my card rerun.... I asked for a coupon or a gift card for my next sandwich. The manager said no problem, I'll make it a meal.So then my order was wrong. Only meat and cheese on the roast beef. No bacon and no salt or pepper or oil. After it was remade I kept my mouth shut and decided to just move on, however, I just looked at my receipt and the "Coupon" This morning and it is literally only for an added chips and drink with the purchase of my next sandwich. So after messing up multiple times with one order, being difficult over a refund for an overcharge on your new employee mistake, and all the extra wasted time Yesterday you didn't even provide what you stated to make up for it.Poor management rolls down to poor employees, and you were in what looked like a training situation.Do yourselves a favor, save your 18.76 and head down to Kroger to buy you some sub sandwich supplies.

Had to get my sandwich reamde 3 times. Rude staff.will never eat here again

The management at this location is extremely rude. I used my reward points to get a free sub; the points were removed from my account and were shown on the receipt, however I was still charged for the sub. Upon showing this to the in store staff, they called their manager who told them I was wrong and that my original total was more. I showed an in store employee on my calculator how the original total on the receipt was what I was charged and showed her in my bank account ho

Dispite the workforce shortages in this area, Firehouse has always been my go to for a quick lunch. The food is always good and you are greeted with the infamous Firehouse greeting every time.

italian sub and meatball, I have tried. they are the best.

One of my favorites in town. I am not a fan of chains but this one has a heart for people. Come and enjoy delicious food and knownthat they money will be used for good.
