Food is okay for cheap Asian food. But their hours are apparently incorrect. I've called for several minutes a couple days in a row now around 945 and no one picks up. Not good for business. You also get a difference answer every time when it comes to the minimum delivery charge. Sometimes there is no minimum, sometimes it's $10, sometimes it's $15 dollars. They're just trying to get you to fork over as much as they can get, even if it's just an egg roll or something. I've about had it with this place, which is a shame. My family has used Double Dragon for at least 15+ years but they've become extremely shady recently.
If you like processed tasting Chinese food,then have at it, but if you're looking for good quality authentic food, this isn't it. No offense to the business, very nice workers , it's just not good tasting food unfortunately.
Called over and over for 20 minutes at 930 on a weekday and got no answer. The food has always been okay and delivery is fast, but having no one pick up the phone for TWENTY MINUTES when the store is still open is unacceptable.
They are some of the nicest people! Carry out or delivery they are on their game. I haven't had a dish that didn't taste great. I would totally add a photo but I already ate it lol. The portions are more than enough, I can usually make 2 meals out of it. So then I'm twice as happy.
Absolutely worse Chinese food I've had ever. Food is always over cooked, and not seasoned. It seems likes from a frozen package, sauce and all. Definitely not Chinese food. Your better off going to a Chinese buffet that cost $8, you'll get better food there.
I have been going to this restaurant for years, always has been good.. last time I called in an order, I was accused of stealing.. the gentleman who was behind the counter was busy,so a young girl took my money.. when my food came out of the kitchen, I reached over to pick it up and was told I had not paid, and he jerked it from my hand..A customer who was waiting for his food said she did pay, but this guy was not having any of it..We won't be back..
ALWAYS GREAT TASTING FOOD HERE!! I have been ordering from here for about 12 years. - Prices are a little high, but it's delicious and you get ALL of your order. They have ALWAYS been very good including everything you pay for and order. I've never had an experience where they've left something out.
Drove hour to get food dumplings were not even cooked all the rice...i specified no onion in my rice..got onion anyway
The management staff and delivery drivers are very rude and disrespectful. Driver threw my food after being asked to wear a mask, and when told about it the management were very nonchalant and treated me as a liar, even with witnesses.
