I placed an order on line and waited over an hour for it to arrive. When I called to check on it, the young man I spoke with seemed not at all concerned about the delay and hung up on me when I expressed my discontent to him and when I told him i would no longer order from them he hung up. He not once offered apologies. I spent over $44 on an order that will be cold and inedible. We are now at 1 1/2 hours without arrival.
Best Domino's pizza i've ever had, handmade, mushrooms, onions and robust. Wish i had 4 more hands, so i could give it 4 thumbs up!
Always consistently GREAT Pizza from this Dominos store. I am really serious, in a town with three major brand pizza chains, Dominos is the best. As far as the other two chains, Pizza Hut closed their dining room and opened a delivery carryout store but their quality is terrible. Papa John's is the worst pizza in having sunk so far. They just throw their pies together it seems. They used to be great but not anymore. Dominos is the best, tasty and always hot. Online ordering is FAST and EFFICIENT and they SAVE your "favorite" orders so it's a snap to re-order your favorite.
Had late night Pizza. Walked in, got the managers special. Was fresh and hot.
Ordered a cheeseburger pizza. Took off onion and tomatoes. Somehow they went above and beyond and threw jalapeños and mushrooms on my pizza. That I didn't ask for. Absolutely ruined
I’ve never had an issue with the quality of food I get, but it almost always takes significantly longer to get my food. It’s kind of nice to get a free pizza just about every time I order from here, but it’s still frustrating that it takes so much extra time.
Horrible experience!!! We placed/paid for an order for delivery that never showed. After 2 hours of waiting, we finally called to inquire about our order and was told that they accidently listed the order as a carryout. They explained that our order was cold and would have to be remade, and have to wait another hour. When I expressed concern, they hung up on me. After calling back severals time and being hung up on each time by Dillon, I was finally able to get them to refund my order. Horrible management and staff. Absolutely disgusting store!
I used the app to make an order and accidentally placed it for the next day. I got there and realized this and apologized. The manager expedited my order to get it to me today. Once it was ready, the manager also threw in an extra cheese bread because of the wait. I greatly appreciate the customer service and accomodations that were made because of my mistake. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but Tristan helped me at the counter and was very nice. Those workers in the kitchen were getting worked to death with the massive amount of orders coming through, and they did a great job getting it done.
This has been my favorite place to order pizza, and with my order of two large pizzas two orders of cheese sticks I ordered 10 wings as well on line…I I then called to request if I could get ten flats for my wings, I was told they just reach in a bag and what comes out is what you get…. I said well if your reaching in the bag can’t you pull out flats? It would probably take an extra 15 or twenty seconds to do so?? All I kept hearing was we are 100 plus orders down…. It was a simple request to satisfy a loyal customer, and I thought a reasonable one…! It went from my one place to order pizza to won’t be making that call again, and I really hate this! Like I said my favorite place! Customer service and the way they addressed me was quite off. If your orders over stress the work, get more workers to ease the stress or train to handle it a different way…
Awful customer service. Told me our order was going to be delivered at 615. 645 I called to check Tammy told me it was out for delivery. 45 min later I called and she said she was misinformed and it hadn't been started so she would escalate it to the top and deliver it for free. Waited an hour and called once again and she had accidentally put it in for tomorrow at 6 and so still wasn't started now three hours after me placing the order still no pizza asked for a manager and she hung up on me. Called again got Tammy manager still wouldn't come to phone said she cancelled the order and told me to call corporate, so waiting and dealing with them for over three hours never received our order whatsoever.
