This location is the only Culver's to serve me food that wasn't hot n fresh. Sandwiches were dry, rewarmed, and just not really good. Fries were ok, but not on par for Culvers. Onion rings were top notch. I love Culvers... But will avoid this location in the future.
I often stop here between Nashville and Ohio. The place was ultra crowded, most likely due to people returning home after Nascar race in Nashville. I saw a couple eating something i had never tried at Culvers before. I asked and they said the Cod dinner and they said the cod was very good. I ordered the cod sandwhich and oh my gosh! Not only was the cod spectacular but the bun was fabulous too! This will be my new entree item to order in the future. Who knew a burger/custard place would have the best cod I have tasted in a long time!!!! The staff were friendly and efficient even though there was a 20 minute line just to order inside. Really enjoy my stops at Culver's and especially this location!!!
I had a grilled chicken sandwich and the deep fried cheese curds. I had been flying all day and hadn't eaten yet so I may be a little one sided when I say I was very happy with my food and service, after all, I was really hungry and it was my first time there. I'd say its a step or two above the typical fast food chain.
Stop for ice cream. Concrete mixers are awesome! Also, ask for the pup cup!!!
First time trying Culver's. I'm not sure if this is normal, but my burger was hard and crunchy....with little to no flavor. The service was fantastic however and fries were decent.
Fantastic service! They were full to the brim with two school trips and still got my food out to me quickly (even quicker than when I usually get food from Culver’s without a massive group, I must say). Would definitely recommend this Culver’s, especially for their lovely and polite staff :)
Even though they got my stuff out around 5 minutes after I ordered, they apologized for the wait. They had 2 school trips, one of which I was a part of and am so sorry that we came through in such a large quantity, coming through the door and apologized for a very reasonable wait. 10/10 service, the staff is so kind
We went through the drive thru and the girl who took our order was very polite and patient. Then the girl who brought out the food was super friendly. The food is fresh and never disappoints. Thanks!!
Order our food, they forgot my wife’s onion rings. Manager said he would bring them out to us. Finished our food and manager never brought them to my wife. I went back to the register and manager was in the back cooking. The food we get was delicious ???
We just went and celebrated my 9 y/o cousins bday at this location - and the staff was AWESOME!!! Super friendly & super accommodating. I am so pleased with the food and service, and appreciate them going above and beyond to make the birthday boy feel so special!!! Thank you all for everything!!!
