My wife and two toddlers tried to dine in since it wasn’t that busy. We sat at our table and I went to the counter to order food. I was informed that someone will come by our table to take our order. I returned to our table and we waited for over 10 minutes when I could have ordered right there at the counter. Nobody came so we decided to leave. I get it that. Chick-fil-a wants to be creative with how they do things but the whole “waiting” style, chick-fil-a I don’t think it’s your thing.
When I entered the store I walked to the counter and was told to be seated. I asked why and the guy at the counter said my order would be taken at the table. I sat down and waited 10 minutes for a person to take my order. I asked the "waitress" why the change had occured and was told it was more personable. If this is going to be the new indoor dining model then I will stay away from here. I do not like the way the orders are taken and would recommend that the operator change back to the way all of the other chick fila restaraunts operate. Just my opinion.
Unbelievably On-point, every single time. I don’t know how they do it. Every time I’m in this town I eat at Chik-Fil-A and every time it’s perfection. Food looks better than an advertisement, and taste could not be improved on.It’s perfect. Every time. Food is always fresh. Restaurant Is always clean. The staff is always nice, neat, friendly, fast, and well mannered.When you’re tired of what the world has become and you need something you can depend on to hold true and bring you a smile: you go to E-Town Chik-Fill-A.
Good food on par with any chick-fil-a, but dining in was crowded and the methods they use to wait on tables and refill drinks could be improved.I was told to sit down and someone would come take my order; meanwhile people that sat down much later than my group had their orders taken before us and others walked straight in and ordered from the counter, then sat down.We were just trying to follow their method of operation, but it was frustrating.
Really Really busy but that didn't stop the service. Great food, great service!
Good food, quick service, was in and out in under 10 minutes. Drive throw was packed by looked as it was moving quickly. The only complaint I have is that put a cherry on my milkshake when I didn't want one.
Best fast food drive through service! They are so effective and can serve tons of guests at one time. Never had a bad experience.
It's a Chic-Fil-A so you know what you're getting. While the Drive Thru is fast, I recommend ordering thru the app. Only issue is the location. They operate up to 3 drive thru lines, but during busy times, they can back-up into the parking lot of the strip mall. If that happens, there is no way to get to the curbside spots.
Always great friendly, fast service.... food is delicious!! Highly recommend the Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing... fantastic! Don't forget the Mac n cheese!
My most recent visit to Chick-fil-A was a great experience. It was around 7:45pm on Saturday. There was barely a line. I’m thankful for the people standing out in the cold to take the orders. I didn’t order much, but the food was great.
