You know we're hard up on establishments needing people to work but when you apply for a dishwashing job and have a good work history for years and you get turned down for it absolutely baffles my mind. So I'm not saying nothing bad about the food, I'm saying it the establishment is really something. I had an in-person interview with this place with a manager that said "I really like you", "You seem down to earth and you look more then eager 2 get ready and get to work", and that he was going to put a good word in for myself 2 the next manager that I would have to have an interview withI never thought I'd be this person say this but this country is going straight to hell. The end of my rant. And if anyone has a problem with what I just said just voice in my opinion freedom of speech hopefully we still have that hanging on a thread.
My fiance and myself ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers for pickup on an afternoon we were working very hard. After waiting for our food we were looking forward to, it was such a big disappointment. Our buns were drenched with the water from the vegetables that were on our burger. We were hungry so we were gonna try to make it through it without the soggy bun but it was hopeless. Our cheese bites were overcooked to where there was no cheese inside. The only thing we were able to eat from our $65 meal was the salads. The salads were good. We won't be back & that makes me sad. I used to love Cheddar's what has happened to their good food?
Cheddar's had delicious food! Bonnie was incredibly polite, professional, and on point with refills, our orders, and regular engagement with us. All of this despite being extremely short-staffed.I also want to give a shout-out to the GM. David, you did a great job that day! Just keep smiling! ??
Got my normal white fish but added there new red beans and rice and boy that joker BANGIN! If they had some cornbread then that would be even better.
There was no wait time and the food was spectacular. However, the server, not so much. I was at table 81 and the server was named Caroline. She only came over about to take drink/appetizer orders, drop those off, take entree orders drop those off and deliver the checks. She never came by to top off our drinks, ask how anything was, nothing. Then she forgot some items and others were wrong. I understand that today's social climate isn't what it once was, but her several piercings and pink hair were very unprofessional looking. The last time I saw her was as we were walking out. She was sitting in a customer booth with friends and eating. I don't know if this is why she wasn't very attentive, but seeing it, makes me think it played a part.
Food took a long time to arrive and was just above room temperature. Waitress didn't come around often. Won't make it a priority to return here often since Elizabethtown has plenty of options for places to eat.
Our waitress Regina, was exceptional. She greeted us kindly, brought us rolls (very nice surprise), was attentive to our needs and was conversational throughout our meal. She was helpful to us throughout. Thank you for the great meal and wonderful atmosphere.
Had a very good waitress but baked potato was really small and not hot. Chicken tenders nice and hot. Chicken and slaw both very tasty.
Our waitress Taylor was fantastic. Every morsel of food including are leftovers were delicious and vanished almost immediately. Yum. The rolls, my salad and entree super yum. We enjoyed our meal very much and both had wanted to Try Cheddars anyway so we were not disappointed!
My cousin and I came in for dinner on 1/15. The food was excellent and the service was excellent as well. I normally don't leave reviews but the staff was so attentive and so friendly I just wanted to give them well deserved recognition.
