I will NEVER go back. I do not know what happened to this establishment in the last year or two but it was awful all the way around. My fish was undercooked and my fries were old. They did not have any sweet tea available at the public drink station and didnt have much business so theres no good reason to have an unstocked drink station. The floors and tables were dirty in the dining area and the restroom was litered with toilet paper. This used to be my favorite fish place. What a disapointment!!
The fish is less than half the size it used to be. The french fries were soggy and everything was just so greasy. Service was good.
I'm not really a Captain D's fan... no reason just never really eat there...I did have dinner there and it was delicious!!Everything about the experience was great!! Give it 5 stars and that's hard to come by with good and service these days!!
Excellent and friendly staff ...really should emphasize the friendly as most businesses haven't taught employees how to smile. Great food and prices are very reasonable. I'm always happy here.
Fast and courteous service. Food delicious as always. Kids meal is perfect size for an adult to have for lunch to avoid the 3pm slump from over eating.
Always a personal favorite the staff does great job here. The food is always hot and fresh.
If you are going to say Dine-in on the website you might actually want to be able to eat in. Went there tonight 3/5 and doors locked. Hum, must not be dine-in. Might want to take that off on the website.
The one in Etown was great. The Radcliff one isn't very good always greasy. I wish it was better used to love Radcliff Captain D's. I quit going there about a year ago. When I go to Etown I'm going to Captain D's there.
I don’t recommend going here at all. This business only accepts plastic or paper currency. As they totally refused service to me for a $13. Order that I attempted to pay with rolled coinage, 1 roll of quarters and one roll of dimes because they told me they could not verify it was real money!? I was asked if I had another way to pay and unfortunately I’m on a fixed income and that’s all I had.No worries Captain D I won’t patronize you any longer, don’t forget how your company got to be where it is. Yes, by accepting hard working honest peoples money and it wasn’t all dollars that got you there!** I was contacted by a representative for Captain D's and I was assured this should not have happened and will not happen again. He also said he would drop a coupon in the mail for a meal. Haven't tested wether true or not that they are now accepting US coinage Haven't received any coupons either! **
Very nice staff and the food was yummy.
