If you’re the franchise owner PAY ATTENTION- you need more late night staff. Covington gets busy late night on the weekends and keeping 2-3 workers means everyone who wants to order food has to wait 20-30 minutes just to get to the menu. I have nothing at all against the staff who are probably underpaid as is and everything against awful owners and GMs who throw staff to the wolves and make customers wait ridiculous times just to order a biggie bag.

Sit at the drive thru 5 minutes, at the speaker to order. After some young man ran up to the car, and yelled in to the speaker! Are you taking orders. I told my fiancee to pull up to the window. Saw a lady sweeping, and fiancee honked the car horn and ask are you taking orders? No we are closed, cant you see I don't have a headset on. My fiancee said than turn off your lights, and let customers know you are closed. Than the lady said F you. Very poor customer service for a multi million dollar business.
Bathroom was dirty. Someone had puked in the men's restroom sink. Food was okay. Store looked fairly new.
As you see the recipe says no onion, no tomato... I was the only customer.. do not understand how they messed this up...
Food was lukewarm at best I asked the manager Donna for help with a coupon she did not seem to want to help me at all whatsoever and pretty much brushed me off. It probably doesn't matter to me them, but I will not be returning this location
If you're going to lock the door at 9pm anyway then take your false sign down. That's pathetic management.

Quick and hot, just the way I like it. The parking lot had me all scrambled but other than that, everything was great.
I think the GM of this store is a very unhappy and rude person. She has a severe attitude problem and needs to treat people better she’s always very negative and always has a very unhappy look on her face even when we are complimenting her employees. I eat here at least 3/4 times a week the employees are awesome but everyone of them will tell you that she’s very hard to deal with I tell em all the time they deserve a huge raise in dealing with her and working for her cuz she is just a difficult person. She’s by far the worst GM I’ve ever encountered in a fast food establishment! The 4 stars are for those poor employees that has to deal with such an evil person.
