I didn't like the chicken Sandwich. However, the fries were good. The ambiance is different, and they have some games to play like pool, cornhole, Foosball etc.
An excellent meal, in an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, with 80's music playing for the win.We had the fried chicken sandwich with onion rings, and the Standard burger with french fries. Both meals were delicious and worthy of their $12 price tag.We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
I'm not a drinker at all, but I tried the Saltwater Cruise?...and was really amazed how great it tasted. The bartenders were very friendly. I MIGHT! have one drink per year...this was that one drink and next year I will return for my next "one drink". Thanks Guys...my drink was great and so were you all?.
Great place. Atmosphere and overall setup is so unique and chill.My friend and I brought our dogs and the first thing the waiter did was make sure everyone had cups and bowls of water. The food was great. Service for refills was not so good, I did have to wait for a decent bit between refills. Waiter was nice and friendly. Would definitely go back.
Our lunch was delicious. We ate outside (doggy friendly) and I had the chili, wedge salad and a slush. Nice vibe.
Terrific, friendly service in a playful, relaxed atmosphere. We had a hearty bowl of perfectly spiced vegetarian chili. Good selection of current music playing in the background at a quiet enough level to enjoy the music but still have conversations.Only frustration is they charge 27% more for a veggie burger than regular.
My husband and I took our young kids to the Standard for Mother’s Day supper. We weren’t planning on going there but I’m so glad we ended up there. It was such an easy place to eat a delicious meal and let the kids run around and play. The kids had fun and we were able to enjoy the evening. It was perfect! Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming to the kids. Places with good food and drinks as well as welcoming to kids are hard to find. The Standard has it all!
While the venue is really fantastic, the drinks were lacking. This is an old mechanic shop that has been renovated into a really awesome bar. We didn't order anything from the food menu tonight but hope to do so soon. The drinks were so sweet and lacking overall sophistication. There's an awesome area outside and a pool table inside.
Very cool atmosphere.. feels like you are eating in a Gas Station Garage! A great place to experience going back in time… decor very eclectic! We were in town for the night driving back from Florida.. a nice way to end our vacation with 6 more hours of driving back to our home of Michigan.
