If ever there exists an embodiment of the up and coming spirit of the Latonia/Covi area it’s the Roost. Somehow both new and perky yet able to maintain a non corporate feel with a sort of antique shop identity, the Roost is perfection in a coffee shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and have a way of making you feel like part of the local community, the decor is fun and inviting without being pretentious, and of course, the drinks themselves! I highly recommend the lavender latte with chai, it’s like drinking the nostalgia of hugging a kindly older woman. If you are thinking about visiting do, stop thinking and do it. You will find a new favorite place that you swear you’ve been in before!

This place has pretty good tea; I haven't tried the coffee yet and didn't try any baked goods. The staff is very friendly.Their decor has great character: the furniture is funky and it does not feel like your average corporate coffee shop. Fits right in with the vibe of Ritte's Corner. It's a large place, with more seating in the back and a patio too.The ambiance was spoiled by the loud music and my guest was quite uncomfortable. We couldn't hold a conversation. The lighting is dim in the back, which could have been relaxing in a quieter environment.I would bring out of town guests here for the unique experience, as long as they aren't hard of hearing and don't have low vision. If these things won't be an issue for you, you should definitely check this place out!!!
THIS IS THE BEST GEM OF THE TRI-STATE. Come warm your soul with the most divine coffee, while grazing the shelves fully stocked with everything you can imagine. I’m in love with this place and definitely recommend it to everyone ?
This is our favorite local coffee shop. The staff is amazing. The shopping selection is wonderful. The coffee is like nothing else. Highly Recommended!
What a delightful find! Had the pleasure of experiencing The Roost with a friend who saw this place on a morning show. The Rose Latte was amaaaaaazing! Little treasures scattered within the shop. Billie was so kind to show us around and very kind to me in regards to some searches I have. A must GO! Be brave try something different! ☕️
