Im taco bells biggest fan, this place is ok. Usually get your order right but its either cold or hard from being old. Drive thru is usuly a 10-15 min to wait atleast. Prolly because theyre short staffed like every other restaurant.
I ordered a number 7 and I'm not sure what they gave me, but it was not right. I would have gone inside the restaurant itself, but both the inside and drove through were backed up and I didn't have the time to drive back down there to complain. The food was cold. The rice in the burrito was way under cooked. Most pieces were hard. Food was less than a 1 star rating. I wouldn't of gave that so called food I paid for that day to a stray dog. That it just how nasty it truly was.
Always a long wait usually I’m told to pull my car around and wait out front. A few different times when I have been there they weren’t serving anymore even though they aren’t supposed to close till 3am. Sometimes they do cash only sometimes credit card only. Sometimes they also only do DoorDash or online orders and stop taking orders.
They gave me my drinks and asked me to come back through the drive thru line for my food in 3 or 4 minutes. When I said no, they tried to tell me I couldn't sit on their timer. I would think if anyone is sitting on the timer it's them, since it's supposed to be timing how fast they serve their customers.
I love eating At this Taco Bell location. It’s always so nice and clean no matter what time of day or how busy. This location is also one of the few places that does not hurt my belly after eating. Employees are always so nice and helpful and very down to earth.
Terrible! You can't order after 10pm unless you order through door dash according to their employees, they are so overwhelmed with door dash orders they refuse customers. Why would you cater to a third party ordering process instead of the customers trying to order in the drive-thru? Make it make sense!
Placed an online order, was given the right drinks, but the food was mostly wrong or missing, particularly what I had ordered for my 6 year old.Didn’t find out til we got back home, had my partner swing by with a photo of the receipt to get the extra food (my kid had nothing to eat).After a conversation with the staff, the manager came over and insisted he had packed the bag himself, and absolutely knew he didn’t mess it up. Ok dude.Look, everyone messes up, and I honestly wasn’t upset about that. I just wanted the food I had ordered. But the manager getting indignant, is honestly just ridiculous.My partner ended up paying for the missing food items. Y’all really need to do better. If you make a mistake (and you did) just own it, and move on. This did not need to be the big deal that it became.
I got an empty burrito supreme and didn't even get a refund or replacement
Taco Bell as quickly move down my list on places that I eat. The biggest reason for that is the fact that they have cut their portion sizes back to where they barely feed a child, and move their prices up! Bird disappointed because I love the taste of their food.
Every SINGLE TIME I go there on my lunch break all I get is "sorry for the inconvenience we're doing door dash only".. So basically to hell with the people who physically show up with money in hand, people sitting on their couch ordering thru door dash get priority and you waste your time driving all the way there. It's ridiculous that they literally turn cash away and waste everyone's time. This place is horrible.
