Absolutely amazing!!! We actually ate there twice on vacation & will definitely go back. Everything we had was good and the staff was very friendly.
Stopped in while visiting Cincinnati after taking a stroll across the historic Roebling Suspension Bridge to enjoy some afternoon drinks. Had to try some Kentucky Bourbon. Decent beer selection. Sat at the bar and enjoyed our time in here. Can't comment on the food.
First time at Smoke Justis and enjoyed the bourbon selection and the great bartenders. I didn't order any food because I had e eaten a late lunch but all the plates around me looked great! I'll make sure to go on an empty stomach next time.
This place is awesome, if you like Smoked BBQ, [Briskets, Ribs], Beer, Cocktails, Whisk(e)ys [Bourbons, Scotches] and Great Wings.One of the top wing places in Cincinnati area! My opinion of course! Definitely on my list of go tos.Named after Walter Newton Justis 1905 pitcher nicknamed Smoke. Local guy Born in Morres Hill,IN and died in Greendale, IN.This place has a great Wait staff, very knowledgeable Mixologist back in the Whisk(e)y bar and the atmosphere is really cool. I will definitely back and spread the word how cool this place is.
I had a double smoked meat plate with ribs and brisket. Both had great smoky flavor, but were a little dry. The Mac n cheese side was top notch, nice and creamy with plenty of cheese.
Food: food came out cold. Wings were pretty good. The Pulled pork was probably the worst pulled pork I’d ever seen in my life 1/10. It looked like chicken and had to triple check that it was actually pulled pork. The brisket was a 3/10. It also came out cold and might have been a 5/10 if it was warm. Service: staff was really nice however service was bad 3/10. Cool atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend.
One of the best smokehouse restaurants that I’ve been to in a long while. Destination travel back to Kentucky from Columbus activated. If your ever in Kentucky it’s a must try. Great price, great customer service and hands down a great atmosphere
Smoke Justis is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Various types of Kentucky bourbon. The smoked brisket and pulled pork were off the chart good. Spend an afternoon enjoying a meal, watching a KY basketball and spending time with friends.
The food, atmosphere, and energy were all excellent. The attention to detail as we were greeted, served, and left the restaurant demonstrated a higher level of service we did not expect. We look forward to our next visit.
Nice place.Fast service although it was 9pm on a Monday.Brisket was fatty and very good. Nice to have good Brisket mac and cheese. Not too much cheese either. One of the best I've had.Wings were thick and cooked properly. Ordered naked with sauce. The house BBQ is excellent. You can taste the vinegar and still thick and balanced.Service was prompt and they take care of you.
